Andy's POV

We all end up sitting on the floor watching a movie. Well, except for Jinxx. He was still a little hungover. I don't know how he got drunk. But you can never know with him.

I look down at Emily and find her half asleep. She looks like at any moment she'll pass out. But she looks so intrigued on the movie playing. She looks up at me and stares. I pull her closer and turn back to the TV. Ashley picked it out. It was kinda stupid. But, oh well.

There was a small knock on the door. Ashley pops his head up and yells," we don't need room-cleaning." There is a chuckle from outside the door. " Ash, open up," someone calls. Great. Ashley groans and opens the door. M turns her head and looks at the opened door. She goes back and forth between Ashley and Cody.

" Why are you here?" Ashley growls. " Well, hello to you too, dude," Cody says leaning up against the door frame. " What do you want, Cody?" he asks again. " I need to speak with Emily," he answers looking at me and winking. That was it. Ashley was going to blow. Nothing was holding him back. CC jumps up and grabs Ash.

" Ash, calm down," CC says pulling him away from the door. " Not until I teach him not to mess with Emily the way he is," Ashley yells. " If you don't shut up, I'm going to make you," Jinxx yells from under the covers. Emily stands up and I quickly grab her wrist. She leans over my shoulder and whispers," meet me back at my room." I smile sadly and let her wrist go.

She stumbles over to Cody watching, making sure she doesn't step on Jake. I didn't realize I was daydreaming until Ashley smacked the side if my head. Jake was in front of me waving his hand trying to see if I could see him. I turn to Ashley and slap his shoulder. He groans and throws himself back in the bed. " You were out of it for a second there, Andy," Jake laughs.

" Sorry, I was thinking about Cody and M. I hope nothing happens," I explain. " Well, look who has a crush," Ashley gushes. " Oh, shut up, Ashley," I sigh. " Wow, dude. It's serious. He really likes her," Jake says. " Guys," I whine. " What?" they all ask. Even Jinxx. Wow, Jinxx. Wow.

Emily's POV

I walked with Cody for a while until we reached a room. More like his room. Whatever. He opens the door and walks in. Spencer was sitting on the bed watching TV. " Listen, M. I don't know what is going on. What is up with Ashley and the guys?" he asks spinning around.

I look up at him. It truly did hurt me to know that the guys hate him. Well, I'm sure they don't hate him. They just don't like the way he treats me. Yes, I know that it's wrong. But Cody's been like that since I was 18. I know it's crazy that I haven't stood up to him. But I can't. I just...can't.

I look up at him and say," they think that you flirting with me is not a good thing." " Well, I don't care. Is it only Ashley?" he asks. " Well, CC and Andy don't like it either. Jake and Jinxx could probably care less. Yes, they worry. But I told 'em I got it under control," I explain. " What is that suppose to mean?" he asks in defense.

" It's not a bad thing. I'm okay with it. But they aren't," I explain. He sighs and pulls me into a hug. " I'm sorry they think that. And if you want me to stop I will," he says kissing my head. " What are you talking about?" Spencer blurts out. " You ruined a moment," I say into Cody's chest. Cody laughs and pulls away.

He holds my face in his hands forcing me to look at him. " I don't care what they think. You are the only one that I'll listen to," he says. I nod as he releases my face. " Good. Now, why don't we go do something. You're over 21, right?" he asks. I nod in confusion.

I think for a while. " Oh, hell, no! I'm not drinking!" I exclaim. " Suit yourself. You can just go back and cuddle with Andy," he says walking into the bathroom. I follow him. " Don't start that. You know how much I've wanted to see you. Why don't the 3 of us go out to diner or something," I suggest.
