I watched as Trinity fumed on the phone with Bibby. Herb was in her background boosting it, like always. Unlike Bibby flight, Herb flight leaves the day after her ceremony. She had Herb and my support, but I'm sure she wanted Bibby's more. After all he was her man.

"Sis that's why you just fuck em and leave em" Herb smacks his lips, rolling his neck

"Shut up! It was your stupid ass who said give this nigga a chance" Trinity flicks him off before yelling at Bibby some more

"Boy you canceled and deleted" Herb waves his hand at Bibby who was now on FaceTime

"Stop playing with me" Bibby growls at Herb

"You funny as hell boa" Herb laughs

Trinity hangs up the phone, dropping it into her lap, and sighing. Herb jigged in the middle of the floor, once he noticed Trinity wasn't in the mood.

"I need you to boss up real quick" I plop beside her, running my hands through her curls to loosen them

"The day of my ceremony, he decides to fly to New York" Trinity scoffs

"He was wrong for not telling you" I say while she stood to her feet to fix herself

"I'm going show his ass, watch" Were Trinity last words before her Versace heels clicked their way out the door

My eyes fell on Herb who was just as shocked as I was. I had no clue what Trinity had in mind. Herb made a call to Bibby, who just brushed Trinity entire attitude off.

I pushed through the crowd in search of Trinity. She gave this amazing speech and read this poem, that had me missing whoever she was missing. And at the end she was awarded with Creative Writing with an entry to have her work published.

Never knew she could write so well. I just thought she was really good in science.

"I'm so proud of you" Mally throws himself at Trinity

"Thanks Hoodrat" Trinity laughs hugging him back

"Go bestfriend" Herb hyped her for the gram

"I really did that" Trinity shows her award, flipping her hair

"Congrats baby" I squeal hugging her

"Classical" Somebody claps their hands getting our attention

"Are you here to hate or congratulate Alex" Trinity smirks in his direction

"I'll congratulate today, but Monday I want the rest of that poem" He chuckles hugging her "Had me missing whoever you was missing"

"He's back , so it'll be completed" Trinity grins

"It's bout Bibby goofy ass" Mally interjects

"Oh shit..." Herb mouth drops open

"Fill me in" I was lost in the mix

"So you mean to tell me all those emotions were real?" Alex stands there in shock along with me

"This here some good information" Herb twist his lips

"I'm still confused here" I blurt out

"I'll explain later" Trinity sighs

Trinity hugged the last of her peers and teachers, allowing us to make our way to the parking lot. Herb snapped her pictures as she posed in front of her car. I photobombed a couple with Mally.
