Papyrus sat In his chair, humming as classic snores quietly. All cuddled into his collarbone, papyrus just couldn't get his mind off them. Already grown attached to the little mass of bones and magic, he couldn't really think straight right now, and something told him he wouldn't for a while. He was honestly growing exited for the other lamina to hatch after meeting classic, especially if they were this small and cuddly.

His thought jinxed time, because the next moment he realised another egg was was beginning to hatch, smiling, papyrus sat up properly and moved there egg out onto the area of the table classic had hatched on, only so they could hatch without disturbing the other eggs.

This egg didn't hatch at all fast, instead papyrus had to get the little one out himself with a small sharp bone. The new hatchling growling in hunger and papyrus answering it with the syringe. The hatchling latching on hungrily, his red magic shimmering under the light, it looked rather soft too. While he latched on and bit onto the syringe with his already formed teeth, papyrus decided to carefully press a finger into the visible magic. Getting a surprise when the little red turned around and bit into his hand.

Papyrus flinched and quickly took note this one had attitude. Deciding to name him 'edge' instead or red witch he had originally planned. Trying to stay calm as to not wake up classic.

"Uhh- that's my hand! Can I have it back so I can feed you please!?" He tried to say quietly, his voice going a little higher then he had hoped. It came out more as a half squeak as edge let go and let out a large, deep hiss. His tail thumping against papyrus's palm before spotting the source of the honey. Biting and latching onto it. Drinking what pap estimated as thirty five millilitres, almost double of what classic ate before passing out, but it only seemed to leave Edge in a happy warm and drowsy state in papyrus' hands, leaving him to pounder and try to think.

Moments later he started asking himself "is classic not eating enough or is edge just a happy eater?" Noticing the stair edge was now giving him, he realised he said it out loud. Sighing and petting edges head, the little one letting out a deep yet quiet purr.

The house was really going to become busy with so many of these little ones around.
