Nate Archibald's little sister

Part 1

Set season 1, I don't own any of this apart from the part of Clem

"Spotted at Grand Central, bags in hand, Serena Van der Woodsen"

I snap my phone shut. Things are gonna get interesting around here.

"So Nate, have you started thinking about college?" says one of my dad's friends.                               

"Well, actually, I'm a Dartmouth man," Dad says.

"Yes, Dad's always spoken very highly of Dartmouth, but I'd like to check out west. You know, maybe USC, UCLA," Nate replies.

"His mother wouldn't hear of it. Dartmouth is far enough away for her," Dad says and I see Nate's face falter. 

"Yes, well, Dartmouth is my first choice," says Nate. 

That was very awkward. Blair then comes and whisks Nate away leaving me standing with Dad and his friends. I listen to them talk for a while and then Serena arrives. I excuse myself and then I walk up to Serena and Blair. I give Serena a polite smile. 

"Hi," Serena says to me then she turns to Blair, "I'll see you at school tomorrow."

I then see Nate and I walk up to him.

"So, Serena's gonna be at school tomorrow," I say, looking for a reaction from Nate. I know something happened between them before she left for boarding school.

"So?" Nate snapped and he left. 

After the party, Dad, Nate and I went home, I picked out my outfit for school the next day and I sleepily dozed off in my king-sized bed.
