A knock on my apartment door made me jump. I walk over to the door and open it. My eyes grow wide.

"Mr Stark, what are you doing here?" I ask, "If this is about the training stuff, there's a week left in school-"

"It's not about that. Why is your place such a mess?" he asks

"I just got home, I promise I was going to clean." I say

"Mr Stark, stop interrogating her." I hear Peter say. He steps in behind Tony. He gives a small wave.

"Did you tell him where I live or something?" I ask

"No!" he says, a second later his eyes drop to the floor, "Yeah. But in my defence he asked, and he's my boss, so."

I roll my eyes. "I'm sorry about the mess, I was just about to fix everything up. Speaking of which-"

I turn around and look at the mess full on. I sigh, and bring a hand to my face.

"You have to clean this? How did it even get this dirty?" Tony asks.

"My brother and his friends came over last night and I guess they left this morning. It's normally a little cleaner than this."

"I still stand by my offer," Peter says, "I've asked her many times does she just wanna come over and just stay over and basically live with me and May. But she always refuses."

"Because my parents already treat me bad enough, can you imagine if I basically just started living somewhere else?" I ask, "They'd be furious."

"They treat you bad how?" Tony asks

"Ah, its really nothing, Mr Stark. They just ask me to clean up after my brother since he's always... Out."

"Out?"

"Bea! How many times have I told you, you're not allowed to bring people here!" a voice yells.

My Dad.

I start to panic.

"Excuse me, I need to talk to my daughter in private." he seethes.

I look away from my dad and flash a look of "help" over to Peter and Tony. As my Dad starts to shut the door, Tony's hand blocks it.

"Hi, Mr Willow, was it? I'm here to take your daughter into my custody." he says

My Dad's eyes narrow at him. Trying to make him scared. He shut the door violently and I yelped. He grabbed me and pulled me up by the collar. Tony and Peter were banging on the door. He threw me down and I lost my breath. Gasping for air, I sat up. He kicked me in the stomach and I laid back down.

"Why did you bring them here you worthless piece of shit! How can we ever trust you if you live like this?" he yells. His hand rose to slap me, but something stopped him. I looked up to see Peter gripping his wrist and staring at him in the face. Seriously angry.

"Alright, that's enough proof for the FBI." Tony says, clicking the record button on his phone to turn it off. He slid it back in his pocket and looked at my Dad. "Now. I have proof that you've abused your child. So now I'm going to remove her from the premises and you are never to see her again. Simple as that."

Peter let my father's hand go, and helped me up. My dad stood up and went to punch Peter. This time it was Tony's turn to grab his wrist.

"I would advise against that." he says.

"Fine! Take her! I don't care. I refuse to call her my daughter." he says.

The door shut between my apartment and the three of us.

We started to walk down the hallway. My steps were uneven, and I felt dizzy the whole time. Being kicked in the stomach probably didn't help.

-

We arrived at the Avengers building yet again. I still held my stomach where he had kicked me.

"Did he hurt your head?"

"I don't think so..." I say, reaching for the back of my head. It stung. I drew my hand back and it was covered in blood. "Mr Stark... Not to alarm you or anything but my head is bleeding." I say.

He looks over at me. "Great." he sighed. "Peter, get out of the car. Go to my office and tell the hospital we're on our way."

He seemed a little concerned, but did as he said. I looked over to Tony. He pressed a button, and the seat in front of us raised up to show off a medical kit.

He dug into it and found a gauze. "It'll hold up until we get there" he says, handing it to me. I placed it on the back of my head and held it there as the car drove in the direction of the hospital.

-

We left after about three hours. They did scans and looked over my condition. They approved me to go home, giving me back over to Tony. I had a gauze on the back of my head, surgically taped on so I didn't have to hold it. Someone would have to replace it until the bleeding stopped.

"Now what?" I ask Tony when we were in the car.

"I contacted May and asked her if you could stay there for a week or two while I prepared something for you. You'll most likely get a room in the Avengers building. Like, the third floor where I remade everyone's rooms." he says

I look back to my hands folded on my lap.

"I'm sorry about all this." I say quietly

"What?"

"If Peter hadn't had to stop me from doing something stupid, you wouldn't have to put up with me."

"But I requested Peter to get you?"

Btw, I'm really bad at schedules. The days listed may change a lot due to me having more fun writing one book opposed to the other. Right now that is this book.

Update from the future. Yeah. Unpublished the other book. I hated it and didn't like writing it. So this one took its place for a really long while.
