Don't Jump // Peter Parker x OC ((Book One))

Eighteen, Unplanned

I start running from whatever copy is following me. Clint was out with Tony trying to find Natasha, and me and Peter were trying to find Steve.

Let me catch you up.

Tony and I couldn't agree on who to find first; Natasha or Steve. Both are formittable in the battlefield, and easy to get along with. Depending on temper.

I said Steve because he was way easier to get along with, and more trustworthy. Natasha was probably escaping as we spoke.

So, I went off with Peter to find Steve and Tony and Clint went off together to find Natasha.

Apparently me and Peter were followed, because now a copy of Thor was following us.

Great.

"Peter, get on the walls. If it's a copy it can't actually fly." I say.

I use my strength to get myself up on a platform on a wall. We were inside a large facility. A warehouse that used to make jewelry.

"Where do you think he is? One of us can hold off Lighting Rod over here and the other can find Cap!"

"Not it!" I say, putting a finger to my nose, "You're holding off Point break's unfortunate copy. I'm going to find Cap!"

Peter sighed. A muffled "aw c'mon" could be heard as I left the room. I shut the door and barricaded it. I sigh and quietly move over to the wall. I scale it, and move into the larger room. I could hear several voices.

"Tell us what Stark has, and we don't hurt him." someone says

The person speaking was threatening to hurt someone else. Meaning someone of the Avenger's family was here, or there were two Avengers here.

I peer around the corner to see an unconscious Thor and a wide awake, bloody and struggling Steve.

"So what'll it be?" The man asks, threatening the captain yet again.

"You can hurt me all you want, you're not going to get anything from me."

"Hurting you is no fun anymore," the man pulls a gun on Thor. "He'll make you talk."

I pull out my own guns slowly. I aim one at the threat and pull the trigger. It goes through his head and he falls to the floor. Screaming and crying.

Child.

I jump down, my taser cuffs latch onto the few around me and I shock them. I shoot the others feet and age the last one to his own death.

"Don't mess with my family, got it?" I ask.

The man frantically shakes his head.

"I can make your bullet wound go away if you tell me what I need to know."

I reverse the bullet from his head, mending it instantly before my eyes. I keep it beside his head.

"Why is your company doing this?" I ask, my voice stern and assertive.

"Stark upset our boss about fifteen years ago whenever he rejected his idea. He called it stupid."

"Who are you working for?"

"Doctor Wilbur Gum, he's well known by the company ANTI," he says, "I've told you all I know. Please don't hurt me."

I pull the bullet back into my gun and he sighs, his breath shaking and his body in tremors.

"If you threaten them, I'll shoot you. No going back." I say, "Leave."

He scurries away and I turn to Cap and Thor, who is now awake.
