Hey, readers! I'm sorry that I'm just now updating. I've been having writer's block since the other week. I'll try to update more, though.☺️

Rihanna
"So, are you gonna answer my question?" Marcus asked me louder than last time.

For the past hour, Marcus has been asking me how I knew Abel, and why I was sitting with him at the game. I haven't been able to think of a good lie, so I keep changing the subject every time he asks me.

"Is that a new jersey and pair of shorts you have on?" I asked him sounding serious.

"Ri, I'm not playing. How do you know Abel, and why were you sitting with him at the game?" Marcus asked me.

"Okay. Promise you won't get mad, okay?" I asked Marcus while smiling real big in his face.

"I can't promise you that... just tell me the truth." Marcus said looking out the window.

"The truth is overrated. Are you sure you want me to tell you?" I asked Marcus.

"You know what? I'll just leave and go where I'm appreciated." Marcus said as he walked towards the door.

"Abel is my boyfriend. I was with him at the game because we were on a date." I said to Marcus as he opened my hotel suite's door.

"So, let me get this straight. You let me make you my girlfriend in front of all of our family and friends during Thanksgiving dinner, you let me take you out on dates and everything, just for you to tell me that I'm a side piece? And you showed up at my game tonight, for what? To laugh in my face? I was going to let you meet my daughter... I was thinking about marrying you one day and everything. But it's too late for all of that now." Marcus said as he walked out the door.

"Marcus wait...."

"Marcus wait what?! You made me your side dude without any intention of telling me about your boyfriend! I gave you a promise ring, with the hopes of exchanging it, for an engagement ring one day. And this is how you repay me?!" Marcus said to me angrily.

"Marcus, we can still work this out." I said to him as he made his way down the hallway.

"I'm good love, enjoy." Marcus said not turning around.

Aubrey
"Aubrey, open up. It's me, Tinashe." Tinashe said on the other side of the door for what seemed like the millionth time.

Tinashe is a beautiful woman and I hadn't felt like opening the door for her to come in, because I didn't want her to see my messed up, ugly face. I'm surprised she hasn't left already.

"Yeah, I know. You followed me here, remember?"

"Aubrey, I just came to make sure you were okay. What Travis did to you was wrong, but you were the one who started it, remember?" Tinashe said so loud that I'm surprised the neighbors weren't complaining already.

"Alright, here I come." I said as I got off my couch.

"It's about time you opened the door." Tinashe said as I opened the door for her to come in my apartment.

"I really thought you would have left by now." I said to Tinashe as I closed and locked the door behind her.

"Boy, I been out there for two hours straight. I didn't plan on leaving until I found out how you were doing." Tinashe said while smiling that gorgeous smile.

Man, she is so fine. I wonder if she's single or not...

"Well, as you can see, I'm fine. So thanks for stopping by." I said quickly.
