Rihanna
"Maybe it's wrong." I said to Aaliyah.

"No, I'm pretty sure it's right. I mean it does say 99% accurate on the box." Aaliyah said in a sarcastic tone.

"But pregnancy tests are wrong sometimes, right?" I said.

"But you have been sleeping around lately. You've slept with three guys in the last month. Look, let's just go to the health department and see if you're really pregnant or not." Aaliyah said as she stood up from my couch.

"Are you kidding me right now? I can't afford to go out and have the paparazzi take pictures of me going in and out the health department. They might put something negative out about me!" I said to Aaliyah.

"So, right now you care more about yourself than your possible unborn child?! Really?! You know what? How about I come back when you stop talking, and acting, like a child?!" Aaliyah yelled at me as she walked towards my door.

"Okay, that's fine by me!" I said slamming the door in her face.

What if I really am pregnant? Nah. I can't be... can I?

Abel
"Good morning, sleepy head!!! I made your favorite breakfast: scrambled eggs, pancakes with syrup, cut up strawberries, and sausage and biscuits." Tamia said before kissing my lips.

"Thank you, I appreciate it." I said as I smiled at her.

I'm not in love with Tamia or anything, but she does help me keep my mind off of Rihanna. And for that, I'm grateful. I met her at the bar I went to after I broke up with Rihanna. She's a bartender there and she ended up making some of the best drinks that I've ever had in my life. She noticed that I was looking sad, so she tried cheering me up. She told me her life story and everything. Tamia is so fine that I couldn't help but pay attention to her, even when she wasn't talking. After she closed the bar, we came back to my place. We stayed up all night getting to know each other and one thing led to another, and we ended up sleeping together. I don't usually sleep with females on the first night, especially after just meeting them, but she seems different from other females I've dealt with. I just hope she doesn't disappoint me, like Rihanna did.

"Last night was fun, huh?" Tamia asked with a big smile on her face.

I swear her smiles can make me risk it all.

"Yeah, it was fun. But I'm ready for tonight."

"What's going on tonight?" Tamia asked me.

"The VMA's are tonight and I want you to be my date." I said to her.

"I don't know, Abel. Don't you think it's too soon for that? I mean, didn't you just break up with Rihanna? I didn't sign up to be your rebound girl, and if that's what you think I am, then I'll just get my stuff and go." Tamia said to me as she gathered her things and made her way to my door.

"You're not my rebound girl. You are; however, the peace that I found in the middle of my storm. You're different. You're not like any of the girls from my past, and I admire that a lot. You've opened up to me, and I've opened up to you. So, let's start over. Let's pretend that we didn't sleep together. Tonight can be our first date. I'll be the perfect gentleman, and you can be my perfect date. So, what do you say?"

"Abel, you keep talking like that and we'll probably end up married somewhere. Tamia said before laughing. "Yes, I'll go with you but only if....."

"Only if what?" I asked her.

"Only if you take me to get an outfit, and shoes to match, and to get my hair and nails done." She said before smiling.

Here she go with this smiling again. I think I might end up marrying her, just because of the way she smiles.

"Alright, let's go make it happen."

"No, we can do that later. Right now, let's eat the food that I made us." Tamia said to me.

"Us? I thought you made me breakfast." I said to her.

"I did, but I'm hungry, too. So, we can share the food." Tamia said as she laughed real loud.

This girl might make me fall in love with her.

Aubrey

*Knock Knock*

It's probably just one of them little bay bay kids, from downstairs, again.

*Knock Knock*

Ugh! Why can't they ever just leave me alone. I bet by the time I make it to the door, they'll be running away.

*Knock Knock*

"Okay, I'm coming! Stop knocking!"

I finally made it to the door and I was surprised to see who was standing on the other side.

•••••••••••••••••

"It's about time you opened the door. I've been knocking on your door all morning." A familiar voice said to me.

"Well, I've been sleep all morning." I said as I opened the door...

"Travis! Man, I've missed you so much!" I said pulling him in for a tight hug.

"I see you're still on that gay stuff." Travis said before laughing.

"So, hugging is gay now?" I said as I laughed.

"It is for me. Boy, you know I don't like hugging." Travis said as he continued to laugh.

"But you could start, though. So, start now." I said as I hugged Travis again.

"If you do that one more time, I'll leave before telling you why I'm really here." Travis said in a serious tone.

"Okay, I'll stop. So, what's up? Why didn't you tell me you were getting out today?" I asked Travis.

"I wanted to surprise you and I got two tickets for us to go to the VMA's tonight." Travis said as he showed me the tickets.

"How did you get these?" I asked him.

"One of the policemen had to get rid of them because his wife got sick." Travis said showing me the tickets again. "So, do you wanna go, or not?"

"Yeah, man, of course." I said.

"Alright, I'll be back in a few hours. So, hurry up and get ready." Travis said.

"Alright, bye." I said.

"Bye." Travis said as he walked out my door.

Wow. Travis is out of jail and we're going to the VMA's tonight. My life is amazing right now.
