Chapter 2 - Potions and Love Chemistry?

Brianna's POV

I can't believe I'm attending my first class on my first day with them!

I mean I'm starting to get comfortable here. "So whats our first class?" I asked.

"Pumpkin seeds! You really are a sleeping beauty. Oh if that connects but still! Well its potion class with Mr. LeFrog." Rose said

Joy smiled. "Its my dad."

"Oh!"

I looked again around the hallway. I admire them the second I stepped in. Everything is so magical like ours.

Say that I'm a kid before my sleep. So its now a big deal for me in everything I do or see.

"Hey."

I jumped a little. I tilted my head to the left, where I saw Rhian. "Umm. Hi!"

"Mind if I sit with you later?"

I just nod. I didn't notice the girls were now staring at me. The problem?

As I slid closer to Rhian. I can finally see his face features. Chocolate eyes matching his hair, a jaw that I seemed is strong, his nose a perfect shape, and his lips a tint of rose red.

"Are you admiring me?" Rhian asked. I instantly blushed and shook my head.

"Why would I?" I asked back. I left him there, still hearing his loud chuckle.

Now I know why he's the son of Aladin. A bit mischievous but may I say that he's a cocky one too, wonder what he's wand's power is.

Hope its not connecting to girls falling in love with him.

"I saw that!" Rose slid beside me, eyes teasing me.

"Don't ask why he gets the attention as well. Astoria said

"Girls like him. Hawk is is the true idol though." She continued.

I just nodded at the fact. I take a glimpse behind. Well I'm still not liking a guy because he has the looks.

"Welcome to Potions Class. Let me introduce myself again. I am Professor LeFrog." The teacher introduced.

"Before we get to class I would like to ask the new student to introduce herself here at the front."

I smiled timidly. I stand up from my seat and walked down the stairs.

Finally I reached the spot. "Brianna Briar. Granddaughter of Briar Rose. I'm suppose to study earlier here, but due to a lot of reasons, I decided to not to."

I gave them a friendly smile and returned to my seat.

Professor LeFrog soon told us to pick a partner for ths upcoming potion work.

I saw Hawk asked Rose. Travis and LingLing. And Astoria and Joy teamed up together.

Which means... leaving me too Rhian! Seriously? After being too boastful? Psh.

"You had no other choice princess. Be with me or get stuck with people you don't know." He whispers to my ear.

Surprisingly even though it sends my spine to chills, I still like the idea of his voice being sexy.

I picked up my chair and moved it closely to Rhian's.

"I'll get the ingredients, just get the beakers and flasks." I said and he nodded. Good.

We'll be making Color Potion today... this potions as explained can make anything change its color, just say the word 'color change' and the color of your choice.

As I'm reaching for the moon powder at the rack someone taps my shoulder.

I looked behind me to see a blonde girl, smiling at me. But I know that smile, I smile of evil.

Removing the thought I smiled back. "Vicky Broomstick dear. I heard your the new briar."

I nodded awkwardly. I got the moon powder so now I can go and leave.

I really have a bad feeling for this. I politely bid goodbye. "Nice meeting you, Vicky."

Rhian's POV

Oh no that witch. Don't she dare touch Brianna.

I stomped to their direction and grabbed Brianna's arm.

"Don't talk to her." I simply said.
"I guess? She's like the villian in everyone's story?" she said. And heaven knows, she is right.

The moment I met Bri, I immediately liked her. Not that she's beautiful and perfect. I also thought she may be kind, smart, and a little bit savage. So?

We start making the potion. I just can't stop looking at her.

Brianna Briar is indeed a goddess. The word princess doesn't suit her much.

Her head moved to my direction. Heart pumping, our faces are in an inch close.

We just both stared to each other. Her forest green eyes staring right to my soul.

So perfect. "Ummm. Rhian the potion's finished, we just have to test it." she broke the ice.

In my peripheral view, I can see the group watching us from a far. I'm sure this guys would ask questions.

Lame or not? It's up to you to decide. Anyways one more chapter and I will add Hase moments. Who would not like them?
