Aubrey POV

I grabbed Miles' hand and ran around the corner and down the stairs to the basement. I knew Francesca wanted to kill me but she'd thank me later.

In the basement I headed to a beautiful wood piano. I sat on the bench and beckoned Miles to come over. He rolled his eyes but complied.

Soon the basement was filled with the soft tune of music as Miles' hands flew across the keys. "Do you really think you should've introduced Francesca to Ansel?" He asked and I merely shrugged my shoulders. "Why wouldn't I?"

He looked at me and raised an eyebrow. "You know why you shouldn't have."

"Look, as much as I love Holly. She doesn't deserve him." I said sarcastically. The room was once again filled with music and only music.

"Look, I've known Francesca most of my life, she's a perfect match for him. Do you want him to be stuck with Holly forever?"

He flipped stopped playing and looked at me. "It wouldn't be forever." He said quietly. "Just. I know you mean well. But Holly. She's something else. She won't just let you match make her boyfriend with your friend."

I frowned but understood. I just hated Holly and after Frankie's bad breakup, Ansel and Francesca deserved each other.

He started playing and I leaned back onto his shoulders again. "Are you free next week?" I asked tilting my face up to look at him. He bit his lip cutely and nodded his head. "Good. Nat, you, me, Ansel and Frankie can go with us to the fair!" I said before abruptly standing up. "Com'on let's go check on the lovebirds."
