Y/N POV

Here I was....sitting on a swing with Taehyung sitting on the other...it's been 2 years since we last saw each other.

We decided to meet up and catch up for a bit...

" So....uh...h-how are you and F/N ? " I asked nervously while full of anxiety.

Tae : We stopped seeing each other a year ago.

Y/N : What?! Really? Why though.....?

Tae : I was truly wrong about who really loved me sincerely. She just wanted my wealth....I've been searching for you ever since...I'm just glad to be here with you at this moment.

Y/N : A-ahaha...me too...?

It was becoming awkward till he spoke up.

" Do you still....perhaps l-love me? " he asked strangely.

Y/N : .... To be quite frank , I still have tiny feelings for you..but I keep those in a bottle since it's best I move on.

Tae : A-ah..okay...I know its so sudden to ask this when we just literally met after 2 years...but..

Y/N : Hm?

Tae : You still wanna go to the moon with me?

We both burst out laughing remembering the good old times together...

Y/N : You still haven't changed much except for the fact you are a bit more mature now.

Tae : HEY! IM REALLY MATURE NOW YOU KNOW!

Y/N : Yeah yeah keep saying that.

I pinched his cheeks while I laughed. But he pushed my hands off.

Y/N : I-im sorry..it was just the moment ya know?

Tae : Its fine...the reason I really wanted to meet up with you is to apologise...for everything.

A tear slid down my cheek.

Y/N : the past is the past..its time to forget and remember new things.

Tae suddenly got off the swing and went in front of me kneeling down while reaching to hold my hands.

" Can we get back together?...My heart longs for you every single day. I still love you so dearly. " he caresses my hands.

Y/N : I-i-

I suddenly got cut off by a man's voice.

" Jagi!~ let's go now! All the kids left me and I don't know why. Am I weird? " he said , I turn around and see B/N ( bias name ) smiling at me.

I look at Taehyung and I shed two tears while whispering " I'm sorry."

I stand up and walk away from Taehyung running to hold B/N's hand so we could go.

You had your chance 2 years ago yet you wasted it on a gift.

The present is too late.

I look at B/N and see our future in him. He was a gift god gave to me. To make me realize , I'm better then just a gift.

Taehyung POV

" I'm such a foolish man..how could I let go of her? She was the perfect one yet I chose fake gold over real just because I couldn't tell the difference. "

I say sobbing in the swing alone.

" if he makes you happy. I'm fine. But just know I will never let my heart let go of you since you were my greatest past achievement. I still want you..."
