32:Daddy Problems

Ty's p.o.v.

I sat there in the hospital for a very long time until my father arrived with balloons and stuffed animals in his hands.Most of the balloons said 'Get Well' and 'I Missed You!' ,Which to me seems pretty sarcastic. He set down the gifts on a table near the door, and walked up to me to hug me in his big arms. He whispered that he lived me and that he'll make it right this time, and blah blah blah. I just hope that this time, he's being truthful.

I hugged him back, and started crying because I haven't had an actual father figure in so long. Tom, Adams dad, was never like that to me. I never even called him by his actual name. I just acknowledged his existence. That's it. Some times I didn't even do that. My attention was set on Adam the whole time.

My father backs away from me and smiles.

"You look so grown up.." He says, while rubbing my face. He looks like he's about to cry but I soothe him by rubbing his face.

"It's okay dad, don't worry. It's all going to be okay. " I say, smiling. He shakes his head and stands up, pacing back and forth, mumbling thing under his breath.

"Dad, what is it?", I say, starting to get worried. He looks at me for a moment, and starts pacing again.

"Dad...?"

Dad stops and looks at me in confusion, and then sits down.

"You don't know?Oh shit, you don't know.."

I sit there, staring into his gray eyes, waiting for an explanation. He clears his throat, and opens it to speak.

"It's your mother, she's-she's dead. "

I blacked out, and awoke a couple hours after I passed out. What happened?Why did I pass out?

When I awoke, my father,Adam, and Mitch were there, sitting in the seats across from the bed. The first person to see is Adam.

"Ty, my sweetie." He walks up to me quickly, and sits on the bed next to me. He cups my face in his soft hands, and leans forward to kiss me. I kiss back, and smile when we back away.

"I love you ,that's why I wanted to do this..." Adam stands up ,and gets on one knee. He takes out a ring from his back pocket, and takes a deep breath.

"Ty ,will you marry me?"

I gasp and nod quickly.

"Yes!Oh my gosh, yes!" I let him put the ring on my ring finger, and I lean down to kiss him.

This is so perfect, I can't believe this is happening!This is so amazing, so perfect! This is the best day of my life...

"Hehehe, lookie here, it's the lover boys and their perfect moment..."

I turn to the door, and see Tom,Adams father, standing in the door way.

"Lets have a little fun, shall we?"
