Fixer Upper

One of the Koromon jumped out of the bush and began to sing surprising Agumon and Polly who turn to the Koromon who began to sing.

"What's the issue, dear?
Why are you holding back from such a man?"

 Polly and Agumon looked at each other with a frown in confusion.

"Is clumpy way he walks?
Or the grumpy way he talks?
Or the pear-shaped square-shaped weirdness or his feet?"

Sang another Koromon. Agumon got off the rock as he tried to cover up his blush face and walked towards the two Koromons.

"And thought we know he washes well, he
Always ends up sorta smelly
But you'll never meet a fellow
Who's as sensitive and sweet!"

 "Okay that's enough"

Agumon stated as he tried to push them away but more kept coming and more kept singing towards him and Polly

"So he's a bit of a fixer upper
So he's got a few flaws
Like his peculiar brain, dear
This thing with the reindeer
That’s a little outside of nature's laws"

 "Guys please this isn't really the best time for this"

Agumon said trying to stop them from embarrassing him in front of Polly. Polly raised an eye brow with a slight smile and jumped off the rock.

"So he's a bit of a fixer upper
But this we're certain of
You can fix this fixer upper up
With a little bit of love!"

"Can we please stop talking about this? We've got a real actual problem here"

Agumon said seriously but the Koromons kept singing.

"I'll say!
So tell me, dear--"

One Koromon said as it made it way in front of Polly who was surprised.

"Is it the way that he runs scared?
Or that he's socially impaired?
Or that he only likes to tinkle in the woods?
Are you holding back or fondness?
Due to his unmanly blondness?
Or the way he covers up that he's the honest goods?"

"Umm..."

Polly said unaware of what to say.

"He's just a bit of a fixer upper
He's got a couple of bugs
His isolation is confirmation
Of his desperation for healing hugs"

Agumon face palm as he couldn't no longer control the Koromons.

"So he's a bit of a fixer upper
But we know what to do
The way to fix up this fixer upper
Is to fix him up with you!"

"Enough! We just met!!"

 Agumon shouted causing the Koromons to freeze and look at each other before singing again.

"So she's a bit of a fixer upper
That's a minor thing
Her quote "engagement" is a flax arrangement
And by the way I don't see no ring!"

"So she's a bit of a fixer upper
Her brain's a bit betwixt
Get the fiancé out of the way
And the whole thing will be fixed"

One Koromon pulled Polly to the side and began to sing softly.

"We're not saying you can change him
Cause people don't really change
We're only saying that love's a force
That's powerful and strange"

"People make bad choices if they're mad or scared or stressed
But throw a little love their way
And you'll bring out their best
True love brings out the best"

"Everyone's a bit of a fixer upper
That's what it's all about!
Father! Sister! Brother!
We need each other
To raise us up and round us out"

"Everyone's a bit of a fixer upper
But when push comes to shove"

"The only fixer upper fixer
That can fix a fixer upper is"

"True, true, true, true, true,
Love, true love,
Love, love, love, love, love,
Love, true love,
True..."

 The Koromons then happily pushed Agumon and Polly together with flowers surrounding them.

"Do you Polly take Agumon to be you’re digi-fully wadded--"

"Wait, What?"

Polly asked confused.

"You're getting married.
...Love!"

Polly shook her head.

"No, that's not what I want"

She said sternly catching all the Koromons attention. They all stared at Polly as she sadly shook her head and turned away and walked beside the running water. Agumom let out a sigh and walked towards Polly.

"Hey its okay. If you want we can go see my partner and tell him what happened"

He said calmly. Polly gently smiled and nodded.

"Thank you"

She then turn to lool at the Koromons that were still watching.

"Look you guys, I'm sorry but I am not looking for love. I lost that feeling a long time ago to the point I don't even remember what its like. Please try to understand, I don't mean disrespect to you guys and same goes to you Agumon. I just want to set Molly free."

"None taken"

He said with a smile but in the inside he felt his heart broke in half but he understood her situation.

"So then should we start going?"

Agumon asked. Polly nodded and looked to the Koromons.

"Thanks for your help"

She said as she followed Agumon.

"I'll be back soon"

Agumon said with a wave. The Koromons happily jumped and cheered.

"Bye Agumon. Bye Polly. See you soon"

The Koromons said happily. Once they were out of sight. The Koromons gathered in a circle.

"So who wants to bet that Agumon and Polly will get to together?"

One asked.

"Don't be ridiculous obviously from the way they look at each other and blush"

One said rolling their eyes.

"Well I don't know, I think things might get complicated for them, since Polly doesn't remember love"

Another Koromon said causing all the Koromon to agree with that statement.

"So how could we get them together?"

Another Koromon said breaking the silence.

"Probably time can only tell. I just hope Polly finds the comfort she has been searching for all her life after Molly"

"You think Agumon is the one for her?"

"Possibly, he never gives up on a friend and I know without a doubt he won't give up on Polly"

"I hope your right for Polly's sake"

The Koromon said sadly. As he saw Agumon and Polly enter a portal taking them to the human world.
