i. bro code; vrene

IT ALL STARTED with a five simple rules to their friendship.

No. 1: A bro never wears pink underwears.

No. 2: A bro shall not gaze at a naked Bro.

No.3: It is NEVER acceptable for a Bro to sleep with another Bro's ex.

No. 4: Bros before hoes.

And their one golden rule.

No. 5: Bros don't date their bro's sisters.

"Dude, seriously? She's back??" Jimin exclaimed after Jungkook just dropped the bomb to them, making the latter got all of their attentions─ all eyes on him, waiting for his confirmation.

Jungkook just nodded to them and reach for the beer infront of him. "Yeah. You wanna come? Her arrival will be at 11pm in the airport." He then eyed all of his friends, waiting for their answers before drinking his beer.

But instead of answering Jungkook's question, as if on cue, they all turned to the man who's been quiet ever since the topic of Irene's comeback here in Seoul opened up.

Taehyung noticed all of their stares, making him to smirk and shaked his head. "What's with the stares? I've already moved on, you fools." He said while maintaining his cool aura even though that in less than an hour, he will going to meet his ex-girlfriend after parting their ways with a not-so-good-goodbyes.

Jimin put his hand around Taehyung's shoulder and patted it. "You sure, you're okay with it Bro?"

Taehyung just nodded his head as an answer and removed Jimin's hand around his shoulder. Besides, he also wants to meet her after their break up months ago. Seeing how she's doing after having a chance to have a jerk boyfriend like him. And he also want a closure that both of them didn't get when the next day after their break up, Taehyung got a news from Jimin that Irene flew to Busan all of a sudden.

Taehyung then look at his wristwatch to check the time, 9:43pm, before grabbing his denim jacket on his lap and wear it on. "Let's go. We all know that 'waiting' is not in Irene's vocabulary." He said just to divert the whole topic and their attention away from him. It makes him feel uncomfortable especially when Jungkook is around, knowing that the younger still have a grudge to him after what he have done to his precious sister. He just don't want to add another fuel to the fire.

Taehyung surely knows their Bro Code when the fuss happened but still, he made Irene as his girlfriend. At first, their relationship was a secret ofcourse, not until Jin found out and then Namjoon and then the rest of the boys. The day Jungkook confronted him, with a mixed of his throwing fists, Taehyung just accepted all of Jungkook's punches that was thrown to him because he said that if this is the only way to prove himself that he truly loves Irene, to her brother and at the same time his best friend, he will gladly accepts those knuckles until he gets Jungkook's approval. And he did.
