Chapter 5: Getting Better, Getting Closer

The next day

Ariana POV

I woke up feeling good. I was definitly feeling better than before.

I got up out of my bed and went to take a nice long shower

I went to the bathroom then got in the shower. I used my usual coconut shower gel and shampoo

10 minutes later i got out and brushed my teeth. I wasnt planning on going nowhere so i didnt put on any makeup. Also i just put my hair in a sloppy ponytail.

I decided to wear something comfortable so i put on my black track shorts and my pink spandex tanktop.

Then i went downstairs to get breakfast. Ofcoars my mom was already down their

"Goodmorning ma"

"Hey hun how you feeling?" She asked me

"Good, i regret drinking anything now "

"Yeah, you wasnt gonna listen to me so i guess you had to learn the hard way"

"Yeah" i said laughing while making myself a bowl of cereal.

I grabbed my bowl then went in the living and sat on the couch and started eating my cereal

Then my mom came and sat next to me

"You planning on doing anything today?" She asked me

"No, not unless someone invites me to do something"

"Oh okay, well im going out to the gym later on okay ? When im gone i want you to be safe and no drinking! Okay?"

"Mom im not a baby anymore!" I said groaning

"Well your also under the age 21 !" She said

"Blahhh!"

Then i got a text from cameron

Hey how you feel?

To: Cam👫

Good. Much better actually, cameron thanks sooo much for your help, i love you

Your welcome bae :) you wanna go to the mall? Ill pick you up

Sure! Hey can ricky come? I really want to see him lol

More like love him! I love ricky! But please dont tell him. It might ruin our friendship

You sure you want him to come? I was hoping maybe me and you could hang..

Fine, just make sure you guys are ready in 2 hours, ill be over soon

After that message, i quickly texted ricky to see if he could come...

Hey can you go to the mall today with me and Cam?

Okay , you can just come over my house and cameron is gonna come pick us up

I put down my phone then went to go get dressed

Ofcoars i wanted to look good for ricky so i wanted to wear something cute

I decided to wear black leggings with a white female muscle shirt with marilyn monroe on it with a black sports bra under it because the sides are open. Then i wore my black converses.

I took my pontyail out so that my hair was down straight. I brushed my hair a little so it wasnt knotty

Then i put eyeliner and mascara on and some lipgloss.

I also brushed my teeth one last time because i dont wanna be blowing ricky and cameron all the way to their deaths.

Then i was ready

I went downstairs to wait for ricky to come.

10 minutes later the doorbell rang

"Ill get it!" I told my mom

Then i answered the door and seen ricky

"Hey ricky" i said

"Sup" he said

Then he gave me a hug. I felt like i could just melt in his arms but i didnt

After the hug we went to go sit on the couch

"So how are you feeling after all the craziness?" He asked me

"Well i did get sick but im doing much better right now"

"Thats good" he said then he was giving me a smile that i couldnt forget

"Hey ariana, i been scared to tell you this before but im really into you. I dont really know how to say this without sounding like a jerk but i really want you to be mine" he said

"Ricky, thats crazy because i feel the same way about you"

We both just stared at eachother in awe. This moment couldnt be any better

Then he started leaning into me for a kiss

I leaned towards him also but before our lips could meet, the doorbell rang

"Uh, ill get it" i said

The moment was really awkward.

I got up and opened the door

"Hey cam"

"Sup, you ready?" He said

"Yeah"

I turned around to ricky and motioned my arms to tell him its time to go

He got up then we all walked out the door and got into cameron's car.

Cameron and Ricky was in the front and i was in the back
