chapter:16 Date part 3

Ariana POV

me and ricky watching "the Fault In Our Stars", at his house, on his bed, snuggling, is probally the most romantic thing that ever happened to me.

he is so soft and warm.

its like an hour into the movie now and things are starting to get depressing.

i want to cry but then i dont really want to cry infront of him because he might think im a weak person.

i turned over to him and seen that he had a blank facial expression. i mean how could you not get sad at this part of the movie

(author: im not saying which part because some people probally havent seen the movie before and i dont want to spoil it for them)

i turn back to the movie and seen Augustus crying, then i felt the need to cry. i felt my heart breaking and my eyes watering up. then a tear came running down my cheeks.

that made ricky look over to me.

"are u crying? " he asks me

"no" i said then sniffed. " my eyes were dry so i started blinking and tears came out.

"oh okay" ricky said then continued watching the movie

i was getting sad again so i turned my face away from him and started wiping my tears off my face.

"ariana, you okay?" he said again looking over at me

"yeah" i said

" you know its okay to cry, i understand this movie could make some people emotional" he said

then i turned back to him

"yeah i know, im okay though, its just a movie" i said then forcing a smile on my face.

then he squeezed me into a hug with a smile and we continued watching the movie.

about an hour later the movie was finished and it was time for me to go back home.

"well ive watched that movie 3 times already and its better everytime i watch it" ricky said

"same!" i said getting off the bed and putting my shoes back on.

"are you ready?" ricky said waiting at the door

"yeah" i said then we left out to his car.

in the car

"thanks for the awesome night" i said

"well your the one who invited me" he said jokingly

"true, well thanks for accepting" i said then we laughed

"so, tommorow, we should totally go get the tickets for our upcomming vacation" ricky said

"yeah we should, ill call or text you" i said

"ard" he said

about 3 minutes later he was at Cams house to drop me off.

"well, thanks for the ride" i said

"my pleasure" he said then he leand into me and gave me a kiss.

it was a small peck on the cheek then once he pulled away from the kiss, we were just looking at eachother in the eyes. It was one of those moments when it looked like their was nobody around but me and the person im looking at.

at this moment, i knew he wanted to kiss me on the lips. and to be honest, i want to too. he was taking too long so i decided to make a move.

i slowly started getting closer to his lips and i shut my eyes so it was less awkward. i squinted my eyes a little to see that ricky was going along with it too. he had his eyes closed and was leaning closer towards me too.

then before you knew it, our lips were touching. it was the best thing that has EVER happened to me.

dont get me wrong, cameron's kisses were also amazing, but this being me and Ricky's first kiss made this a whole lot more better. After that 3 second kiss that seemed like 3 minutes, i pulled away.

this moment was sooooo awkward, it was soo awkward that i cant even think of words to describe this awkwardness.

but the kiss left us with the bigest smile on our face.

"well i have to go now, im pretty tired" i said

"okay" he said

"okay" i said

then he just smiled.

i got out the car and went inside. Ricky pulled away.
