It was like a sea of people in the palace. Maids getting rooms ready, butlers getting the dining room ready, and me, being dragged EVERYWHERE. Right now I'm in the dressing room, and my tailor is showing me the three options of dresses I could wear tonight : A red gown with pink flowers printed all over it, very elegant, but also says "Hi! Look at me! I'm pretty!" Doesn't seem great for a first impression, but maybe the 4th or 5th night. The second dress, a light blue, off the shoulder dress with very pretty design over it, but seems like I might take things TOO seriously. Now the third was perfectly in between. It was a light purple, fitting, but elegant.

Not to mention it complements my tiara greatly. I decide on that one with a pair of Chrystal heels, and get on with my day. I sigh and run hands over the material of the dress. Tonight, I will have it on. I will meet 35 guys. At least I convinced my parents to not let me eliminate till tomorrow night. ~ "Princess Eadlyn, the first limo is arriving." My mom squeezed my hand, my dad patted my shoulder. My dad looked at me,"Eady, we love you. Let this moment be special to you. Take every boy into consideration. Don't just count all of them out because you're scared. Okay?" I rolled my eyes. "I'm not scared, Father." He smiled and shook his head. "Alright, then this shouldn't be an issue, go get 'em tiger." He patted me on the head and walked away laughing. I looked at mother to see she was giving me a sappy, 'my daughters growing up' sort of look. I laughed, "Mother, don't be embarrassing." "Im just proud of the young lady you have become. You're so much braver than I was. I would never be able to go into a selection brave." I don't know about that, mother. You and Dad seemed like you were probably quite content from the start. I squeezed her hands and she kissed my forehead, then walked away. I walked up to the front entrance, and awaited my first candidate. ~ This chapter was extremely short, I'm going to make them longer next time.
