Dating Taylor Caniff

chapter 5

Karla's POV

I woke up around 9:30 and saw that Taylor was still asleep. I decided to lay there for a while longer. I put my head on his chest and cuddled close to him.

he eventually woke up around 9:45. "morning" I said with a smile. "morning" he said. ahhh his morning voice. his low, raspy voice is so hot in the morning.

we both got up and went to the hotel lobby to get some breakfast. luckily there weren't any fans there to mob at us. I got a bagel and cream cheese, and orange juice. Taylor got what I did.

we eventually finished eating and went back to the hotel room. by the time we got back it was 10:15, so everybody, or most, the guys and my friends should be up.

I went back to my room to find an outfit. Today was the first event of the Magcon Tour. "hey, Mahagony? what should I wear tonight?" I ask her. she said, "hmmm. these shorts, this flannel, this shirt, these shoes, and.... oh! this bandana😉" "thankyouu!!" I said. I wore blue high waisted shorts with studs on the pockets, a young, wild, and free muscle t-shirt with a black bandeau, my white high top converse, and a white bandana. before deciding on how to wear the bandana, I simply brushed and straightened my hair. for make-up, I just did some mascara, and a thin line of eyeliner.

I couldn't decide on how to wear my bandana. I asked Mahagony, "how should I wear this bandana?" "around your forehead" she said while picking out her outfit. I thought that would make Taylor and I look like a couple. I mean, I like the sound of that but we're not together.. yet;). I knew what Taylor would say. so I went around and asked all the guys. they said around my forehead. I asked Megan and Alexa. once again, they said around my forehead. looks like I'm wearing it Caniff style.

before we left, I tied my flannel around my waist and looked in the mirror one last time. I actually felt pretty good about how I looked.

I heard a knock on the door and opened it up to see Megan and Alexa. "hey!" I said while opening the door for them. "hii. we have to leave in about 15, 20 minutes. can we chill here?" they asked. "yeah sure" I said.

15 minutes went by pretty fast. a knock came from the door and it was all the boys. "hello, my beautiful Twin" Taylor said. I just giggled and blushed. Alexa and Matt were both wearing matching beanies and I thought that was adorable. I called both their names holding out my phone ready to take a picture. they both stopped and did a quick pose showing their beanies. I laughed and looked at Megan and Hayes. they were both wearing matching hoodies. Megan's said "young wild and free" (like my shirt) and Hayes's said, "young wild and stupid" (I thought that was funny because boys are, yeah..). I took a picture and looked at it. they were both doing the superman pose looking in opposite directions. we got to the van and we were on our way.

we eventually got to the place where the event was being held. the special guests didn't get to do the meet and greet. I mean yeah I had followers on my Instagram. my youtube channel had over 14,000 subscribers. "Hey, Karla?" it was Bart. "yeah Bart?" I asked. he said, "after watching yours and your friends youtube videos and looking at your instagrams, we want you to join us for the rest of the Magcon tour. you would not be a special guest. you would also do the meet and greet." "oh my goodness, yes! thank you so much!!" I said with excitement.

Megan and Alexa were thrilled to be finishing the rest of the Magcon tour with me. I found Taylor and ran up to him and hugged him tight with my legs wrapped around his waist. I told him the news and he was so happy. "I'm so happy you get to finish the tour with us. plus, I don't think we could break up the soon-to-be couples over there" he said pointing to Alexa, Matt, Megan, and Hayes. I just laughed and smiled.

the event started and we were all called out one by one. "now please help me welcome, Cameron Dallas! Nash Grier! Hayes Grier! Carter Reynolds, Taylor Caniff! Shawn Mendes! Dillion Rupp! Jacob Whitesides! Jack Johnson! Jack Gilinsky! Matt Espinosa! and our 3 new members of the Magcon Family, Karla! Megan! and Alexa!!" the crowd had roars of cheering and it was deafening.

we were dancing, singing, and just fooling around with each other. it was time for questions. I sat next to Taylor and Dillion. both trouble makers but I love them. "ok, umm you wearing the white shirt" Cameron said. "will you guys do the lip gloss dance?" she said with a big smile on her face. "as long as you do it with us!" I said. she smiled really big and made her way to the stage. Mahagony played the song and we started dancing.

the song finished and I saw Cameron slip her his phone number. smooth. we answered a few more questions until once really got my attention. "are Taylor and Karla a thing?" a girl with long blonde hair said. "not yet" Taylor said with a smirk and a wink. I blushed and giggled. the girl had a look of disgust on her face and looked like she was ready to kill someone. I just shook it off and got ready to do the meet and greet.

my table was next to Taylor and Megan's table. a lot of people came to my table actually. the blonde girl came to my table. "your name sweetheart?" I said without looking up. "Brittany" she said. I looked up and my smile dropped. "you listen and you listen good. Back away from Taylor. he's mine. if I see you near him again, I will give you hell. understood?" I just gave her a blank expression. "well, I could, not talk to Taylor anymore. but you know what, I love him. I know we aren't dating, but he's my best friend and you giving me hell won't stop me" I said moving closer. "that's all you'll ever be is friends with Taylor" she said moving closer. "for now" I said with a smirk stepping even closer. she took a step back, scoffed, and walked away. thank god I don't have to see her anytime soon.

we finished the event and went back to our hotel. I changed into some running shorts, and a sweatshirt. I was walking to the elevator and I ran into Taylor.

Taylor's POV

I was going to ask Karla out. I was walking back to my room and saw she was walking to the elevator. "Hey Taylor! want to come and get some food with me?" she asked sweetly. "how could I say no to you" I said with a smile.

we got food and took it back up to our room. "hey Karla? can I talk to you in a hall?" I asked her nervously. "yeah sure". we went into the hall and I said, "I have to ask you something" "go for it" she said. "ever since I layed my eyes on you, I fell for you right then and there. and knowing you were coming on the Magcon tour with us, makes it even better. I'm in love with you. you're all I can think about. when you were telling that girl to back off, I loved that because you don't let people bring you down. your personality is just what I'm looking for." as I was saying this, she got tears in her eyes. "so Karla, will you be my girlfriend?" I said looking into her eyes. "yes Taylor" she said sweetly with a big smile. I ran up to her and hugged her tight. after setting her down, I kissed her gently but passionately on the lips. "I've been wanting to do that ever since I met you" I said looking down at her. "believe me Caniff, I've been wanting to do that ever since I saw your first vine" she laughed. I kissed her again and held her in my arms.

Karla's POV

I can't believe I'm his girlfriend!! the boy of my dreams is finally mine. I went to tell Alexa.

"hey, where's Megan?" I asked while walking into her room. "went to get food I think" she said.

"Taylor asked me out!!" I practically yelled. "did you say yes?" she questioned. "no duh I said yes!!" I said smiling.

my smile soon dropped. "Alexa, aren't you happy for me?" I questioned. "mhmm" was all I got. "no you're not..." I said softly.

next thing I knew, she exploded on me. "I would be happy for you Karla but I don't have that!! I want Matt to be my boyfriend soo bad!! and knowing I won't have him, you're making it worse by dating Taylor!! just get out!"

I ran out of the room with years blurring my vision. I ran down the hallway into the stairwell. I just sat there a cried my eyes out.

Taylor's POV

I was looking for Karla everywhere. nobody knew where she was. I went to go look in the lobby but I heard crying in the stairwell. I looked and I saw my beautiful girlfriend crying. "shhhh. shhh it's ok baby girl. you're ok" I cooed in her ear while rocking her back and forth in my arms.

I carried her back into my room and layed her on the bed. I went to leave and go lay on the couch but she held onto my hand pulling me to her. that night, I fell asleep with my gorgeous girlfriend in my arms,
