chapter 10

Karla's POV

I wake up laying next to Taylor. all the thoughts came flushing back of last night and a smile spreads across my face. I'm guessing I fell asleep and Taylor drove us home. he has his arm coiled around my waist and damn, he has a tough grip even in his sleep. I eventually got out of his grip and made my way to the bathroom.

I brushed my teeth and and got my contacts in. I put my hair into a messy ponytail since I don't feel like dealing with it right now.

I make my way out of the bathroom and see that Taylor is up. "morning babe" I say as I kiss him on the cheek. "good morning my love" he says as he kissed my forehead. "don't forget we have to be at the place by 6:00 for the event tonight" I say to taylor who is now brushing his teeth and fixing his hair. he gives me a thumbs up and I go and pick out my outfit.

I decide on some acid washed high waisted shorts, a daisy crop top, and my white high top converse. I lay my outfit on the bed and say, "hey Tay, I'm going to get something to drink. I'll be right back" "ok babe" he says.

I get to the vending machine and decide to get a Sprite. I was just about to leave until I see Jack G coming down. "hey Jack" I say. "Sup Karla" he said. "I'll just wait with you because I'm lonely" I say as I stand there. I was on my phone and I see Jack staring at me. "umm, what?" I say laughing. Jack comes closer and eventually has me up against the wall. "Jack, I don't know what you're doing, but stop. I can't do this to Taylor. I'm sorry" I say trying to push him back, but he's too strong to even budge. he starts kissing my neck as I'm trying to pry him off of me. "jack serisouly, stop!!" I practically yell. I hear a door open and I'm praying to god it's Taylor. Jack crashes his lips onto mine and I just stood there. I finally decided to kick Jack in the shin to get him off of me. "Karla? I can't believe you..." it was Taylor. oh my god no. he can't think I was kissing jack!!! before I could say anything, Taylor stormed off into the bedroom making sure to slam the door. "what the fuck was that for?!" Jack yelled. "FOR KISSING ME YOU DUMB FUCK!! YOU KNOW IM WITH TAYLOR AND THAT I DONT WANT TO HURT HIM!!!" I yelled back. "I'm sorry.." jack said then walked away. I just went to the stairwell and cried.

Taylor's POV

I wonder what's taking Karla so long. I walk outside to go to the vending machine. I saw something I hoped I never saw.

I saw Jack G and Karla kissing. "Karla? I can't believe you..." I say as I storm off and slam the door behind me. I can't believe she was kissing jack!!! I heard yelling between them and the only part I heard was from Karla, and she was saying, "YOU KNOW IM WITH TAYLOR AND THAT I DONT WANT TO HURT HIM!!" I'm guessing he kissed her and she tried to fight him off. I don't know but knowing she didn't want to hurt me, makes me miss her already. I have to find her.

I walk out and I see Jack G limping back to his room. "what happened to you..." I saw coldly. "your girlfriend kicked me in the shin" he said. "you deserved it" I said as I walked away. "where is she now" I said without looking back. "I don't know. she went somewhere near the elevator crying" he said. somewhere by the elevator? oh! the stairwell!

I walk by the stairwell and I can hear her crying. I walk in and our eyes connect. more tears come out of her lovely eyes and she has her head in her hands. without saying anything, I picked her up and carried her to her room.

we got to the room and I lay her down. I lay down next to her and she has her head on my chest. "I'm sorry Taylor. it's not what it looked like" she said softly while still crying. "shhhh. I know what happened. I heard you yelling at Jack. I won't let anyone hurt you. I love you Karla" I said as I kissed her forehead. "I love you too Taylor" she said before she fell asleep.

Karla's POV

"Karla, wake up" I heard someone say. I open my eyes and see Taylor. "come on, we have the event in an hour. get up" he says softly. I groan and go to the bathroom and change into the outfit I picked out earlier. I look at myself and my eyes are puffy and red. I wash my face and put on simple makeup. I brush and straighten my hair and walk outside. "you look beautiful" Taylor says as he kissed me softly. "and you look handsome" I said as I kissed him back. "ready to go?" I ask Taylor as I grab my phone and room key. "that I am my love" he says. we lock the room and meet up with everyone else in the lobby.

we get to the lobby and I see Jack. he looks at me, smiles, and winks. I roll my eyes I'm disgust and turn my attention to Taylor. I whisper to Taylor what just happened and he looked furious. he gives jack an evil look telling him to back off. I take Taylor's hand in mine and rub my thumb against his skin. it calmed him down and he gave me a smile.

we get to the venue and the event soon begins.

Alexa's POV

(before event)

I walk out of my room and see Taylor carrying Karla, who is crying. who in the hell made my best friend cry?!?! I decided to talk to her after the show. "hey Matt?" "yeah babe?" he answers looking at me. "do you know what happened to Karla?" I ask. he says, "yeah, Jack kissed her, Taylor got mad, she kicked jack, Taylor found her, they forgave each other, and now they both hate Jack G." he says in one breath. "that dick head" I mumble. "what's that?" Matt says smirking, knowing what I said. "nothing" I say with a smirk. Jack will for sure receive some hell from me, that's for damn sure.
