Max's pov
It's not just me anymore. Everyone is noticing Daniel's wierd behavior . Well everyone except David. Daniel is barley outside. Much less than before. I was laying outside looking up at the clouds. Daniel stepped out of the Mess Hall taking a whiff of fresh air. I jump a bit surprised to see Daniel out at this hour. "Hello Max." He says and salutes. "Uh... Hi?" He chuckles and walks back inside. I get up and head to theater camp.
Nikki's pov
"Hey Neil?" Neil looks up at me."Don't you think somethings up with Daniel?" "Yeah somethings.....Off" I smile. "Wanna go check it out?" "Uh... I don't think that's a good idea." "You scared?" I tease. A blush creeps onto Neil's cheeks." N-no. It's not that. Nikki he's a cultist. He could be dangerous." I chuckle. "Middle is my last name!" Neil sighs. "Come on!" I grab Neil's hand pull him towards the Mess Hall. We peek into a window . "Huh that's queer." "Neil don't say that." "No but look.Daniel isn't here." "But I saw him come in." Neil nods."So did I." I notice a small crack in the floor. A perfectly straight crack."Hey Neil see that?" I say pointing to it."Nikki! Good work" He pats my shoulder. "I believe that's a basement." "Since when did the Mess Hall have a basement." "Since Daniel arrive." The basement door pushs out and Daniel crawls out." Neil grabs my hand."Nikki we got to go." He hisses and pulls me away.
Max's pov
"Hello Max" Preston walks up and pecks my cheek.I smile."Hey you." Preston giggles and sits down on the stage behind him. I sit next to him and hold his hand. "I love you." He whispers. "I love you too" I say back. He lays me back and kisses me. He slips his hand under my shirt. P-Preston~" I Whimper. "What are you two doing?" Preston blushes and gets off me. "H-hey Harrison." I sit up. "Don't tell anyone." Harrison pretends to zip his lip. "My lips are sealed. You can trust me." Preston smiles. "Thank you Harrison." He nods and walks away. Preston turns to me. He scoots closer to me kisses my neck. My face turns a shade I didn't know existed. He pulls away and hugs me tightly."Max! Max!" Nikki and Neil run towards us. "Preston can we borrow Max for a second?" "Of course."
"alright what is it?" "Max somethings up with Daniel." She says nervous. "You just noticed?" They both nod. I laugh."Wow. " "Max we need to tell David." "Lets go." "Can I come with?" Preston calls after us. "Come on" I smile sweetly. He jumps up and runs up next to me."Oooo! The drama. The excitement. This would make a great movie. Or a fanfiction. Would it be about me and you?" "It would be about me and you." I grab his hand. He smiles."Of course it would be about me and you " He whispers. We got to the counselors cabin and Nikki frantically knocked on the door. "Hello Kiddos what can I do for ya?" David said."David we need to talk about Daniel." David frowns."What has Daniel done to you? He is a great man and a kind and loving boyfriend." "David you dont understand. He's a killer. A psychopath." David scowls."Max don't talk about him like that. How would you feel if i insulted Preston?" I stare at David. I've never seen him like this. "what If I called him a queer or a girl." David stops. I back away. He covers his mouth with his hands. "Max. Preston. Im so sorry." I turn around. "Lets go guys." We turn back and head back the way we came. David closes the door softly. He sits down his back against the door."I'm a monster" He cries .
