How can I love?

Chapter Two

' ' a group of guys owed my company some money so I confronted them, we faught and I lost that's the whole story shortened down ' ' I answered.

' ' sounds kinda shady wanna tell us your company name? ' ' they asked.

' ' sorry but I don't I can recall that ' ' I said facing my head to the ground an placing my hand over my face, hopefully they can believe that I have head trauma or something. 

they nodded to each other the woman taking notes, ' ' do you remember your name?, address?, anything about your life? ' ' he asked.

yeah guess I could say ' ' yeah my names first names Jacob, cant remember my anything else though....... ' ' I said sighing, I do remember everything but i'm definitely not going to say any of it.

after a few more questions the girl buts in an says ' ' how about you stay with me! I have room  ' ' Lizzy requested to the police, they both paused, whispered to each other, then both nodded in agreement.

damn so close....... well guess I cant decline, I nodded happily smiling a little to make it more believable I guess.

after a boring time the police left and we were walking to her house after the doctors gave me some medicine.

we got there and it was a normal looking apartment, a cat was lounging on the sofa its body spread out tiredly.

few hours later it was still pretty boring, I should fake my death soon...... how should I?. hmm maybe I could pass out or 'accidentally' stab myself. looking over the girl Lizzy was smiling happily petting her cat, maybe I could wait a bit I'd feel bad for doing this sort of thing to an innocent civilian.  

I sighed sitting down next to her, the cat looked up at me its eyes gleamed with curiosity as it stared. all small animals and small infants knew what we were demons, angels, ghosts whatever they always knew it was always inconvenient.
