Last Letter

I'am a loyal hardiner in the Ezrasel mansion. They're one of the richest family in the country.
I started working here when my father got sick. We're poor financially. I'm an only child in my family. My mom died when she gave birth to me. There's no one to help my dad but only me.

"Alistair! Can you call the young lady Ezrasel. She's in the backyard", the manor lady said.

I love the mansion as well as the family. They're very kind to everyone especially me. But one person I hated the most is their spoiled only daughter. Railey Abbey Ezrasel. She always makes prank of me. Bully me. Puts insects in my clothes and other bad things.

"Rai, you need to eat its already past lunchtime", I said while she's planting something.

"Hi Al!, How are you doing?", God that fake smile of hers. I know she's up to something again. Guess I was right he threw a long centipede in my face. What kind of a person really does that?

"Al, I know you're a professional doctor right now and has a busy life. But can you take care of my daughter in Polry. I need you to protect her. Please, Al. Grant my wish", Madame Raine the mother of Railey said.

After months has passed. Someone told me both parents of Railey died. I resigned a long time ago as a hardiner when I got the Doctor's degree.

Starting from poisoning Railey and pretending I had a vacation and that I found her on the woods are all according to plan. We wanted to protect her and as the wish of her parents that I wanted to grant. The mansion is in chaos right now. Tito Louisse doesn't want Railey to be in danger that's why he agreed to leave Railey to me.

I said to myself that all of the pranks Railey gave me was all because she's just lonely. Her parents aren't always there for her. When I finally saw her after I resigned in the mansion. It was the time when her parents died I can see in her face that she's devastated.

" I have to tell you something. I think this is the right time to tell you all of this. But before this, please.. let's enjoy this for a while. I want to spend this day with you. I like it when I'm with you. I don't know why but I like it when your by my side. Railey, I.like you. Don't leave me please, baby", I begged. Its possible that she'll leave after I'll tell her the truth about what's happening with her family. That this was all planned.

I absoulutely am right. She left me standing and shuttered in the day of her birthday. As the time passed by starting when we were just kids. I know I liked her. I got irritated when her suitors visits the mansion. I always get mad when there's boys talking to her. I got possesive when it comes to Railey.

I didn't chased after her when she left its because I thought she'll just ignore me and push me away. I know she's angry of all these. That's why I left her be. But when I heard about Tita Mely and Tito Louisse passed away. Railey's lonely face just kept wandering in my mind. How sad would be my baby right now.

I transferred back in the city to check on her again. Luckily, destiny made us meet in an unexpected time. She became a woman. My baby is more matured now after three years. I missed her so bad. When I saw her on the counter I wanted to hug her tight that she can't let go of me anymore.

I thought there wouldn't be a true happiness that I'll experience but when she told me she loves me. I gave up all of me and gave it all to her.

Railey is like my star in a dark night. Even when the world is against me she will always be there to give light and fight with me. She's my queen, my baby, my love. I don't want to let her go even when the world ends.

We're now engaged and will be going to have our first born little girl in just a few months. I don't know what I did in my past life to be so lucky in this one. I'll cherish this gift the most and love Railey until the last seconds if my breath.
