"Alfred?" I called out, seeing his cowlick stick out above the crowd. That is odd.. when did we stop playing that ridiculous game... Not to mention, a minute ago this party was so casual.. Now it appears to be glowing.. The lights are so bright. It looks like a ball now.. And the music..

"Arthur?" I heard Alfred's voice and looked up to see him directly in front of me, "Dance with me."  Then I felt his hand around mine. I was pulled to the dance area and his arms were now around me. This stance.. I recognize it. The Waltz. This brings back memories of when i taught the little twit... How many centries ago was that..? I don't remember... Wait did Alfred call me..? He called me by my name instead of that ridiculous nickname. I looked up at him, completely stupified. He smiled down at me.. That smile is not as infuriating as usual... Why is that..?

"Arthur.." His voice is also... I closed my eyes for just a second and when I opened them....

There is no ballroom, no music, the crowd is gone, but above all, no Alfred.. I am alone in a rather dark room. I'm sure it is later in the day, however. There is a small beam of light peaking through the brown curtain, that covers a window to my left. I tried to sit up and grabbed my head as a sharp pain shot through it. Did I drink last night..? I must have. I do not remember a thing after we started that blasted game. There was a light knock at the door.

"Come in." Right as the words left my lips, Alfred stepped in holding a glass of water. He walked over to the bed and sat next to me. His expression is so serious...

"How are you feeling?" He held out the cup and I took it.

"Oh, pretty horrible." I stated and he held out his other hand which held small white pills. Something for my head, I'm guessing. I took them from him and then swallowed them with the water. After, I drank the rest of the water and set it on the dull nightstand that was probably once a beautiful decorative piece.

"Hey Ig- Arthur." Did he just use my name?

"Yes?" I replied, looking at him somewhat uncertainly. He still has such a serious expression..

"I think a short walk will help you feel better. Don't you?" He smiled at me, rather sweetly and I looked to the side.

"Yes.. that actually sounds quite nice."

"Alright!" He exclaimed and I winced, bloody idiot.

After we has been walking for a while, I glanced at Alfred and he looked like a complete idiot. He was smiling way too hard, overly hyper.

"Ig- Arthur!" The blonde American shouted at me. It honestly startled me quite a lot. With a small jump and slight yelp, I managed a small 'What?' I didn't sound like myself just now... He gave me a strange look before shrugging it off and grinning, pointing at a cafe.

"What?" This time it came out stronger and a lot more like how I normally speak. I looked toward the cafe and wasn't very impressed. Alfred shook his head and laughed slightly.

"Not that, Arthur. The one next to it."

As soon as I laid my eyes on the building, I was hooked. Almost drawn to it really. It did not fit in with the surrounding buildings but it was gorgeous. It had an old feeling style to it, rather gothic. Upon first glance, you would think it is run down and soon due for bulldozing but if you give it some real attention you would notice how unbelievably lively it is. The color scheme was breathtaking and the shop just had this welcoming aura. I was so dazed I didn't here Alfred calling to me nor did I realize he had starting guiding me to the small shop until we were within it. Naturally, the inside was just as, if not more, magneficent than the ouside. As I continued to gawk at the scenery, Alfred took me to a table and we sat down.
