"So who's Shane?!"

Thank god the cafeteria is loud to.

I look over at Garrett and give him a "You told her?!?" Type of look and he just gives a small laugh and nods.

"Uh... he's just a boy in my other class..."

"Do you like him? Is he cute?"

"Uhm, I guess he's pretty cute."

Trish just squeals and hugs me as I shake my head towards Garrett. I look over at drew and he has a shocked look on his face.

"Do you mean Shane Dawson?" Drew asked.

"Uh... I don't kn-"

"Yes, he does." Garrett finishes.

Drew's entire mouth drops.

"Oh my god."

"What? It's not like I have a chance with him anyways. After all, he's straight. I'm pretty sure he even has a girlfriend."

"He's... well... gay."

Now it's my turn to have my mouth drop.

"He's gay? Doesn't he have a girlfriend?"

"No, he doesn't. He broke up with her a few days ago, around the time he transferred to our math class" Garrett said.

"Oh..." I said. I kinda went into my own thoughts after he said that. What if I have a chance? What if he's looking for a relationship? What if... he wants me?

"Ryland?" Trish snapped infromt of my face a few times before I snapped out of it.

"What?"

"That's the second time he's done that today" Garrett said. "He did it once in math while looking at Shane and once just now."

"Maybe he only does it when it's something about Shane?" Drew said.

"Uh, guys... I'm still here, you know." I said.

"We know" Garrett said.

"Well, you do know that Shane has a c-"

Drew gets cut off by the bell and gets up to leave, while the rest of us stay behind for a second to gather our stuff.

"Dress actually good friends with Shane. And he's terrible at keeping secrets." Garrett said while grabbing a notebook and shoving it into his bag.

"What?" I said. "You should've told me that BEFORE I TOLD HIM!"

Garrett just shrugs before walking off to his last class.

Me and Trish have our last class together, so we walked together.
