The rest of class finished up with people gawking over the twins' artistic abilities followed by a few sly comments from students. Today was a half day resulting in everyone having one class today. As the twins exited the classroom, Hal waited by the door. When he noticed the two, he was confused. He swore that his mind was playing tricks on him. He was seeing double. The greaser's eyes narrowed in an attempt to decipher the two.

Until one smiled, he noticed. He began to approach her when Derby stepped in his walk way. "Lindenburg, do you mind if I escort you to your locker, I'd like to ask you something." Before she could answer, Derby took hold of her books. Cassandra quickly caught up with the boy leaving Alexandra to her own demise. It's not like she remembered or kept in mind anyways. Unless she was in trouble. Alexandra shrugged it off and walked to her locker. Putting her books down, she shuffled her way out of the school. On her way, she stepped on a flyer. **JOIN THE DODGEBALL TEAM. TRYOUTS @ 3 PM** 3 this afternoon. That was in a few minutes. Alexandra knew if she wanted to atleast make herself an entrance to the school, this was definitely a possibility. Alexandra raced to the football field and sat on the bleachers. Football practice was coming to an end. 30 minutes left. The players were currently on break judging by the quarterback eating the face of a cheerleader. Alexandra swallowed the vile building up inside her and adjusted herself. She sighed as she watched the players walking around and talk.

A bulky player walked past her, in an urge to speak to someone she pulled the elbow of their sleeve. "Hey. Do you know when the dodgeball tryouts start?" She attempted to force out a smile but it only made the sportsman uncomfortable. "Uh Yeah. In about 30 minutes, in the gym. You thinking about trying out?" The jock took a swig of his sports drink. The brunette girl nodded. "Best of luck to you. There's some tough players out there." He shrugged as he continued drinking. With the way he put his words, it was almost if he were doubting her. Alexandra knew that she couldn't be underestimated. It was a sort of pet peeve of hers that always seemed her shift into overdrive in her mind. "What's your name?" Alexandra tilted her head while resting her elbows on the edge of the wall. "I'm Casey." He nodded. "You a new recruit?" His eyes darted towards the jacket I was wearing. I hadn't noticed he was wearing the same one, along with the other players on the field. This could be her introduction. She already had her foot in the door, might as well pass through. She nodded.

"Welcome to the Jocks, Have you been introduced to anyone yet?" He set down his sports drink and wiped the sweat from his forehead. The brunette looked around at the players, none of them which she could recognize. She shook her head. The blonde jock motioned the girl to follow him. He took hold of her shoulder, "That is Kirby. Those two over there are Damon and Juri, That's Luis. Way over there is Bo and Dan. And those two over there. Our bosses. Mandy and Ted." The jock pointed to each individual player and gave a little background on who they were. "I think it's time we introduce you." The jock led Alexandra across the field to Bo and Dan. "Whoa, Casey since when did you get a girlfriend?" Bo asked. "She's not my girlfriend dude. She's a new recruit." He shrugged. The boys eyes trailed to the girl who was obviously lost in her thoughts. Her small feet shuffled along the grass as she was staring into nothing. "What's your name?" Dan finally broke the silence. "I'm Alex." Alexandra said. She never liked to be called her full name. It was too lengthy in her opinion. "I'm Bo." "And I'm Dan" they both waved. Alex flashed a smile of relief that they hadn't looked away in disgust. "HEADS UP!!" Someone shouted. Alex quickly turned on her heel and jumped. Placing her foot on a nearby bench, she flung herself upwards catching the football in midair while landing on the ground in a somersault. "That was one powerful throw." Alex chuckled while standing up and brushing herself off.

The boys stood in awe trying to process all that had just happened. How could someone her height possess that type of jump? She turned around to return the ball but was greeted by the leader, Ted. With his girlfriend on his shoulder, he took hold of the ball in Alex's hands. "You've got quite the ups, girl? Who are you?" He rose his eyebrow at the questionable brunette. "I'm Alex" She said. "How old are you?" "16" "Height?" "A big ol' 5'3" Alex pointed her fingers at him. "You play any sports?" He tilted his head as if to fully view her build. "Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, And I guess football if you count how much I helped coach back in Seattle." She shrugged. "You really up for this? I don't know if you can handle it." Ted bluffed while approaching the girl in an intimidating manner. "I'm only as ready as I know I am. Believe me. I don't like being underestimated." Alex stood up to him , smirking, looking up at his stern face. He chuckled. "Alright, you're in." He backed up laughing. "Let's get to tryouts." He motioned her to follow the clique.
