My parents. The parents I thought had died so long ago, they're both right here. They are standing right in front of me, but they look so different. They look like they are dead, which I thought they were.
My dad limped pretty badly, and my mom, her hands were both fake. Bart was sitting in a chair, conversing with someone I didn't know.
My parents were standing their, dark bags under their eyes. My moms blonde hair looked dirty and brown. They were still wearing the same cloths they wore that night, still blood stained. They looked like zombies, standing their, backs hunched over.
My eyes widened and starting tearing up. I could feel Case's breath on my neck behind me.
"Come on." He whispered in my ear and pulled me away, running down the long hallway and out the same fire escape.
He pulled me all the way back to the cemetery I was at about an hour ago.
He sat down my the same willow tree I sat at a few days ago. "Come." He patted the grass next to him. I sat there, not knowing what to think of the situation.
I opened my mouth because I was going to say something but then thought against it, and closed it. "I know what your thinking." Case said as he looked at me.
"Really, because I don't even know what I'm thinking." I breathed. "Exactly, your thinking that you don't know what to think of the situation." He smirked.
"Luna, that wasn't mom and dad. Well, it was, physically. But not mentally. That was dark magic." He gave me a concerned look. "Bart has teamed up with dark Radioactives, and there using mom and dad's dead body's for something. But I don't know what?" He looked off into the distance.
"I figured." I said, it was now pretty early in the morning. I had been out all night and it was now about 4:30 am, and the sun was beginning to rise.
I know that right now I should be mad at Case. But I don't know what I should be mad at him for? I mean, yeah, he teamed up with Bart. But obviously that's over with. He never actually hurt me, besides the fake bullet thing. And it's not his fault I thought he was dead.
"Case, we need to figure this out." I told him. "Actually, Luna, I'm sorry. But you need to figure this out." He looked at me. "I'm leaving, I can't stay here, Luna. I'm leaving, with someone I love." He starred at the rising sun off into the distance. I turned to look at him. "Who are you leaving with?"
He got up and waved. What is he doing? Then I saw red hair come out from the trees where Case had waved.
She made her way up the hill and towards us. I got up and stood next to Case, who wore a smile on his face.
When the girl finally made her way up to us she stopped and smiled at me. She had pretty red hair, blue eyes, pale skin, and the Russian tattoo on her wrist.
"Luna, this is Fraeya, my girlfriend. Fraeya, this is Luna, my little sister." I gave Fraeya a small smile and shook her hand. "I've heard so many great things about you." She smiled.
"Okay, Luna," Case said as he turned towards me. "I guess this is goodbye."
"I guess so." I smiled. He pulled me into a hug. "I'm sorry, Luna, for that whole thing with Bart. I love you kiddo." He whispered into my hair. "I love you too."
Fraeya stood behind us, grinning. "Bye Luna, it was nice meeting you. Good luck sweetheart." She pulled me into a hug. She smelled like flowers.
Case gave me one last wave, then took Fraeya's hand and they walked away together. He's lucky he found someone he loves, that he can actually be with.
As I watched them walk away, hand in hand, they all of a sudden froze in place.
I noticed a figure running up the hill towards me. At first I couldn't see who it was because the bright sunlight of the morning was blinding me. But as the figured neared closer, I noticed it was Rixton.
He was panting as he stopped in front of me. "Luna-" he said, gasping for air because he was so out of breath. "Luna, Jack, the guys from your gang. Their out our house. They found your bag, they know your living with me."
"WHAT?" I screeched. "They came in while I was at work, and when I came home they were there. With guns. I froze time and came as fast as I can!" He said.
"Come on." I grabbed his hand, and started running down the hill towards Rixtons house.
