Chapter 21

Ross's POV

we started to get into the spinny ride that Emma wanted to go on. we found a spot next to each other.

The ride started slowly spinning. I was really anxious and nervous. not for me of course, but for emma. she told me this ride was probably going to make her sick, I didn't like that. I told her we didn't have to go on it but she insisted.
If she throws up on me I swear.

Emma started closing her eyes once the ride got faster. Cute. after 30 seconds we were going pretty fast and we started lifting off the ground, it was actually pretty cool. I thought this would be a dumb ride but it turned out to be entertaining and fun.i looked over at Emma and she still had her eyes closed and she wasn't moving very much, almost like she didn't know what was going on.

A couple minutes went by of floating and the ride started to slow down. I couldn't believe she kept her eyes closed the entire time! It was over now.

"Emma? hey, the rides over."

"Ross, is it over? can I open my eyes now?" she asked sorta giggling.

"Uhh yeah, haha, I just said that."

She didn't say anything, and kept her eyes closed.

"Emma, let's go come on." I was getting confused and worried.

All of the sudden she started panicking, and trying to pull herself away from the wAll, as if she was tied to it.

"Ross! where are you? help me!" she was screaming and almost started to cry.

"I'm right here! Open your eyes!" I looked around and everyone had left the ride.

"Ross! help me! someone please help me!!" she was balling and screaming Really loud. but I had no idea what to do. so I started shaking her trying to get her to snap out of her illusion.

"Emma! emma! your alright, I'm here!" I said trying to see if she would open her eyes. Is she kidding? Is this another joke? I'm so confused.

She started struggling with her hands, like she was trying to escape from being tied to the wall.

"Why is this happening? " She yelled  looking at he sky.

I felt so bad for her, I didn't know what was going on but I just wanted to help her.

then all of the sudden she stopped and stood there barely able to breathe.

I grabbed her shoulders and stared at her waiting for her eyes to open. 

After a few minutes she started walking towards the exit but she couldn't balance. she kept almost falling over, because she was so dizzy. I had a feeling that one of the times she was actually going to fall so I ran after her with my arms opened. sure enough she started falling to the ground but I caught her right before.

"Hello? emma? are you okay?" I asked panicking.

She didn't respond. I could tell she was passed out.

I stood up and held her in my arms, like the guy does at a wedding. I brought her off the ride and told the worker what happened.

"Maybe the dizziness made her have an illusion, she'll be fine, you guys weren't going too fast. do you want me to call 911?" he asked.

"No I got it" I took emma to a bench and sat down, I rested her head on my lap. I dialed 911 and told them what happened. they said they would be here ASAP.
