Patton's P.O.V

Logan and Virgil didn't show up for maths. Or any other lesson for that matter. That really isn't like Logan. I walked home alone, went straight up to my room and sat on a chair upside down so my head was close to the floor and my feet were in the air. I wanted to talk to him and explain everything that happened that morning. While I was dangling upside down, Out of the corner of my eye, I caught a glimpse of grey fabric. The cat hoodie Logan gave me. It was folded neatly and lying on the chest of drawers. I flip myself the right way round and grabbed it from my chest I pulled it over my head and pulled the hood over my head. I looked into the long mirror on my wall. It had a faint scent of jam (jelly). The hall was filled with noise and I peeked around my door. Virgil and Logan came in, laughing and chatting loudly. I slipped out of my room.

"Hey, Logan." He ignored me. "Logan, Can we talk?" I tried again. Virgil cut in,

"Maybe later Patty yeah?" they walk past me and both went into Virgil's room.

"Yeah! okay! Sure! May-" why was I still talking they couldn't hear me...

Logan's P.O.V

Walking home with Virgil cleared up a lot of things. When we got home I was almost back to being myself. Apart from the fact, I was majorly crushing on Patton. Speaking of him. He appeared in the corridor. Wearing the hoodie I gave him. And looking absolutely adorable in it. Contradictory to earlier I couldn't say anything. I just ended up gawping at him. He said my name several times and it sent pleasant shivers down my spine. Virgil cut in and then led me to his room. Virgil should start wearing a cape. I could hear Patton still trying to talk to us.

"Logan!" Virgil's sharp tone made me jump

"Yes?"

"How could you do that? Did you see the heartbroken look on his face when you ignored him?"

"I-I didn't Ignore him... Did I?"

" YES! YOU DID."

"And why does this trouble you so Virgil?"

"Because...he's my best friend."

"I see"

Roman's P.O.V

barged into Patton's room.

"Patton where did you put my hairbrush with the yellow and black bee stripes?" he looked up. The armchair he was sitting cross-legged on was slightly faded and the stuffed toy dog he was hugging had an eye missing.

"I'm not sure it'll be in here somewhere." He giggled "be as in bee stripes! It was a pun!" he stops laughing and a small miserable smile forms on his face.

"Patton are you good?"

"I need to talk to Logan but he doesn't seem to want to."

"Do you need an evil plan?"

"Noooooooooooo. Not evil. I think I love him."

"Well, then it is definitely my duty to help you."

"You help me?" He looked hopeful

"Yes. Now help me think of a plan!" I agreed.
