[Niall's POV] |Later That Day|

"Jaylyn, isn't the city we're in now close to where you live?"

"It's like a ninety minute drive, but I guess so. Why?"

"I think I'm going to surprise Janine today. Maybe take her on a picnic?"

"That's perfect," Jaylyn jumped out of Harry's lap and off the couch.

"What's perfect," I asked as I poured myself some cereal.

"Janine's always wanted a picnic date, ever since she was like thirteen. She just never got it."

"In that case, this date has to go perfectly!"

"Yeah, just don't have too much fun," Zayn whispered as he handed me the carton of milk.

I couldn't help but laugh out loud, but I think that the lads are used to it, so they didn't comment.

When we got to the hotel for the day I immediately got ready for the date. I put on my "PUNK" t-shirt, and some jeans. I put a picnic together. There was green grapes (Janine's favorite), some watermelon (Jaylyn said that she likes it), some turkey sandwiches (Liam made them, just the way Jaylyn says Janine likes them). I grabbed a blanket, and my guitar and drove to Janine's new address.

I knocked on her door, I left the basket, the guitar and blanket in the car, I didn't want to give anything away. She opened the door wearing my "CRAZY MOFOS" t-shirt and a pair of sweat pants that read "ONE DIRECTION" on the leg.

"Niall?!" She gave me a huge hug, she took my hand and pulled me inside, "what are you doing here?"

"I've got three hours before I have to leave for the concert. Will you go on a date with me?"

"Yeah," she blushed, "but first I want to show you something," she lead me to the back of her apartment. We went into a small room. "This is gonna be the baby's room, when it's born."

"Why don't you refer to the baby as 'him' or 'her'?"

"Because I don't know yet, I won't know for another like two weeks."

"Okay, well, why don't you and I go for a picnic?"

"I need to change."

I took her hands, "no you don't, you look beautiful."

She blushed, God she was cute, "can I please change my cloths, Niall?"

"If you really want to, I guess so."

She went into the next room over, and I just looked around the baby's room. The picture of Janine and I hugging was hanging over the crib, and next to it was the speech I prepared for her, framed.

She came out in skinny jeans and a shirt that read "I ❤️ My Crazy Boyfriend" I smiled at her. I pulled her in and kissed her.

When we got to a park we found a nice patch of grass, I laid the blanket out and we cuddled on it together.

"Niall," she looked into my eyes. "I want you to name the baby. I want to pick his or her middle name, but I want you to pick their first name. Okay?"

I was shocked, "I'd love to," I kissed her. "Okay, if it's a girl, Haven, and if it's a boy, Samuel."

She smiled, "if it's a girl, Haven Jaylyn, and if it's a boy, Samuel James."

"Perfect," I kissed her soft, luscious lips.
