DANIELLE'S POV

I opened up my locker and was shocked to find a post it note fall out of my locker.

"What the hell?" Ember said, picking it up. I took it from her and read the note.

I've admired you from afar... ;)

"This is really creepy."

"What does it say?" Ember asked and I handed her the note. "Woah, sounds like a stalker to me."

"Who could it be?" I asked and Ember just shrugged. I shrugged as well and put the note in my binder. I grabbed my stuff for the next class and closed my locker, walking with Ember.

*The Next Day*

For far too long...

"Okay, what in the hell." I said, grabbing my stuff and closing my locker, meeting up with Ember at our next class.

"Look at this." I said, handing the second post it note to her. "Who the hell could be putting these in my locker?"

"I wonder what tomorrow's is going to say! It sounds like it's a puzzle."

"Are you actually entertained by this?"

"Actually, yeah, kinda." She laughed, causing me to laugh too.

"You're such a dork." I smirked.

*Two Days Later*

"I've admired you from afar for far too long. I think it's time to show you who I am."

"Sounds like someone is going to meet their secret admirer." Ember winked.

"Oh shut up." I said, putting my notes away. "Who do you think it could be."

"Ooh, so you're actually interested?"

"I mean, kinda. I don't know, it's just really nerve wracking."

"I wish I knew how you felt."

"No, you really don't." I laughed.

*The Next Day*

"Oh my-"

"God." Ember finished for me. I opened my locker to see someone had put roses and a teddy bear into my locker.

"This just got really creepy. How did they get into my locker?"

"Beats me." She shrugged. "It's creepy, but you got admit, it's sweet. That someone's going to this much trouble for you."

"I guess." I sighed.

"Oh look! The teddy bear is holding a note!" Ember exclaimed, grabbing the note.

"Gimmie that." I said, taking it from her before she could read it. "I know you've probably been wondering who I am. Turn around and you will find your answer." I read. "I'm scared."

"Just turn around!"

"On three. One."

"Two."

"Three!" We both said, turning around to see...nothing.

"What the hell?" Suddenly, I see Harper running down the hall. He stopped in front of me and smiled, waving.

"Harper-what are y-" Ember grabbed my hand and pulled me to the side.

"Danielle, are you stupid?"

"What?"

"Harper is your secret admirer!"

"What? Him? No!"

"Danielle, he came running here."

"Because we always meet up at my locker at this time. You know that."

"Don't believe me? Ask him."

"Fine, I will." I said, walking back over to Harper. "Harper, are you the cause for all the notes and the roses and the teddy bear?"
