Chapter 109
DANIELLE'S POV
"I'm home!" I called, walking into my house after school with Casey behind me.
"Hello Casey, nice to finally meet you." My mom smiled.
"You too Mrs. Biersack."
"Casey, let's chat in the living room. Danielle, go up to your room." My dad said. I sighed and walked upstairs and went into my room. About fifteen minutes later, my dad called me back down.
"You guys stay here until dinner is ready." My dad said and left. I sat down on the couch next to Casey and grabbed his hand.
"What did he say?"
"I have a feeling he doesn't like me." Casey chuckled.
"Why?"
"I think you're not the only one traumatized by your past." He said and I sighed.
"Don't let him get to you."
"Don't worry." He smiled and kissed my lips. Suddenly, the front door opened and closed. My mom peeked her head out of the kitchen and saw the boys runs in.
"Boys, dinner is almost ready. Go wash up and take off your pads." My mom said and they nodded, going upstairs into their room. "Danielle, Casey, go ahead and take a seat at the table." My mom said, walking to the stairs to call down my sister and my dad.
Five minutes later, everyone was seated and my mom placed a plate in front of each of us.
"Thank you Mrs. Biersack." Casey smiled.
"My pleasure." She said, sitting down next to my dad.
"Danielle, can you pass the salt?" He asked. I grabbed the salt and handed it to him. He turned it over, the cap coming off and all of the salt dumping onto his food.
"How in the hell?" My mom wondered, and that's when we heard snickering. We all looked over to see my dad with a smile on his face as he pushed his food around his plate.
"Brandon Sean Biersack! What are you, eight? I'm so sorry Casey, I'll get you a new plate." My mom said, grabbing his plate and the salt shaker. She got him a brand new plate of food and refilled the salt shaker before sitting back down.
Casey picked up his glass to take a drink but it dribbled down his chin and onto his shirt. My dad started snickering again and my mom sighed, slapping his arm and standing up. She got Casey a new glass and a paper towel to dry his shirt.
Throughout the night, my dad kept pulling little pranks on Casey, pissing me off more and more.
"My mom's here." Casey said after dinner.
"I'll walk you out." I said, standing up. Casey pushed his chair back and stood up. He attempted to take a step but fell face first, discovering his shoe laces were tied together. My dad burst out laughing and I groaned.
"DAD!" I yelled, helping Casey up.
"I'm fine." He said, untying his shoes. I walked Casey outside and let out a sigh.
"I'm so sorry about my dad." I appologized.
"It's okay." He said and I smiled, hugging him and giving him a quick kiss. "So, I'll see you tomorrow?"
"Yeah." I said, watching as he walked out to his mom's car. I closed the door and turned around to see my dad on the couch.
"DAD! WHAT THE FUCK WAS YOUR PROBLEM TONIGHT?" I screamed at him.
