(A/n: The video above is the security footage.)

"Alright," Steve said. "We're going into the conference room, so any weapons that you have sealed away need to be placed here." He handed you a bin. You sighed.

You took a knife from your boot, a gun from your holster, another from your bra (Steve blushed at that one), and 12 knives from your belt. Steve looked at the number of weapons in the bin, then back at you. "I... I'm not surprised." He stuttered. You smirked, thinking of all the blackmail you could use.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you." A voice said.

You turned around to see a girl in a red shirt with black pants. You looked at her. "And who might you be?" You asked her.

She smiled. "Wanda Maximoff. And you?" You grinned.

"Y/n L/n. A pleasure to meet you." She looked at you with curiosity.

"So," She started. "You're the girl the team was talking about. No wonder. You're quite the sniper, I've heard." You laughed.

"Well, that's only if I'm feeling lazy. And that's maybe 100% of the time."

You heard a grunt behind you. Tony looked at you with harshness. You smirked. "Why hello, Anthony. Funny seeing you here!" You chirped cheerfully.

"By the way, I never got to thank you for frying my suit," Tony replied sarcastically.

"Only because you thought it was funny to try and taser her, jackass," Sierra yelled.

"Whoa now, Leone. Calm your tits." A voice said. You turned to see Alex and Fury walking out of the hallway.

"So, this was your bright idea, huh?" Fury acknowledged.

You shrugged. "Had to tell 'em at some point, Boss. In case ya didn't notice, politeness didn't seem to work out," You smirked. Natasha looked like she was trying not to laugh. "Hey, Romanov. Mind telling me where the whiskey is stashed?" You asked. She laughed.

"It's in the fridge." You snickered. Tony looked confused.

"I'm sorry, what exactly is happening here?" Fury looked at you with expectation.

You shrugged. "I tried, Boss. Stark's just as thick-headed as me." Fury sighed.

"Agents Leone, Rodríguez, Jackson, and L/n are a part of a secret covert ops group lent to us by the U.S Army. L/n has been doing this for 20 years. Longer than anyone of you has, I'm sure."

You smirked. "Hey, why not show them that security footage from SHIELD's files? That should be interesting."

Fury shrugged as he pulled up tape on the monitor.

As the Avengers watched in awe of your previous mission, you silently thought to yourself, Oh please, that mission was one of many ledger staining accomplishments. Ones that now stain your ledger black as night.

And it's all. Your. Fault.

The blood that you had spilled was uncountable, and there was no way of cleaning that much blood. Not even after Kayla's death...

Steve looked at you in concern. "Y/n? Are you alright? You're looking a little pale there."

You put on a fake smile. "Sorry. It's just that I had to do all the heavy lifting on that mission." You looked at Rhea, Sierra, and Alex in fake distaste.

Suddenly, you felt my phone going off in your pocket. You took it out to find that it was a text...

From Ashlyn Reynolds.

It read:

Dear Y/n,

It's been quite a long time since we've talked. I don't know if you got my previous text, but it's about Kayla. Her parents dedicated a scholarship back here in Utah to one of the schools here. They wanted everyone to come. You, me, Peter, Jesse, and Marcy. The ceremony is in 3 weeks if you want to come. We all hope you do.

From, Ashlyn

Despite being in public, you immediately grabbed your coat and ran for the door. Clint noticed this and shouted, "Hey L/n! Where are you going, it's like 1:00 AM."

You waved this off and replied, "Don't worry, I'll be back in three weeks tops."

And with that, you went to the nearest airport and bought a ticket to Hurricane, Utah.
