Chapter 42

Previously on Chapter 41

Even though I just woke up. I still feel a bit tired. This sickness has worn me out. So I just close my eyes and went back to sleep.

-They Found Us-

Y/N P.O.V

I can finally walk around. But my Brother makes sure I didn't do much. He told me to just sit and rest.

Neville enters the room, then he give me some books. I take it from him, then I look at him with a smile on my face. "Thank you, Neville..." I said. He smiles "you're welcome... At least you won't feel bored" he said. I smile at him. He turns around and leave the room.

Neville P.O.V

I brought Y/N some books, because I know how much she loves to read. I don't want her to feel bored.

The thing is... I've always have a crush on her. But I didn't say anything nor did I dare to say it to her. She's with Malfoy and by the looks of it, she loves him so much as he did loves her. So I won't stand a chance at all. Plus I don't want to cause trouble with him. So the least I could do, is taking care of her. Even though I can only be her friend... It's more than enough to me.

Time-skip

Y/N P.O.V

I'm just sitting on the bed, leaning my back against the headboard while reading the books Neville gave me. It's a love story. The girl have cancer. The guy who is in love with her is trying to fulfil every dreams she have. It's kinda a sad story. But this book is really good, I can't stop reading it.

In the middle of reading, suddenly I heard a loud boom. I jump in fright and got on my feet. I run outside to meet my Brother, Hermione and Ron. "Harry... What's going on?" I asks. He turns to me and held my hand. "They knew... They knew we're here..." He said, looking down at me. My eyes widen "how?" I asks. "I don't know, sis..." He said.

He wraps his arm around my shoulder as he pulls me closer in a protective manner. "They are threatening to destroy this room if we did not come out..." He said. I turn my head to look at him. "T-Then... what are we waiting for? We can't let them destroy this room. A lot of people will get hurt" I said. He nods his head "yeah... But you're staying here..." He said. I shake my head "no I'm not! I can't let you go on your own!" I argue. "But Y/N..." He start but I cut him off. "No! No buts! I'm coming with you and there's nothing you can do to stop me" I argue.

He sighs, then he nods his head. "Okay... But you're standing behind me, 'Kay?" He asks. I just nod my head. He stands in front of me in a protective manner. Then we walk out slowly.

Now we are standing in the middle of a room. My Brother is still standing in front of me. I look around as they huddled around us.

"So he's hiding here all along..." Professor Snape said. I glare at him from behind my Brother.

Then suddenly, we hear the sound of laughter. Everyone starts to shake in fear. Then he laugh stops. "I am Lord Voldemort! I will spare you... if you hand over the Potter twins..." He said. I look around.

"What are you waiting for.... Grab them!" A voice is heard, Pansy Parkinson. I glare at her. She flinch under my gaze and looks away. Don't forget I can kill you if I want to. I said telepathically. She looks at me in fear.

Then someone stands in front of us. Ginny Weasley. Ron's younger Sister. Then more and more people steps forward to shield us from them.

"Are you really gonna listen to him? Harry and Y/N have been nothing but a great friends to us! They help us whenever we needed help! Are you just gonna give them up?! Just because of some lunatic person saying they'll spare you! Are you seriously gonna believe that! He's an evil wizard! He would never spare us, until all of us suffer or we took his side! Harry and Y/N here are the only ones who could go up against him! They have been risking their life to find a way to defeat him. Without them, we're as good as dead! You are all a bunch of idiots if you believe his words" Hermione yelled, making them shut up.

Then another laugh can be heard. "One of you possesses the other half of me... Keeping her is only a danger to you all!" Voldemort said again. Gasp can be heard all around the room.

"W-who could that be?" One of them stutter. "I will tell you who..." Voldemort's voice can be heard again. "She's the other Potter!" His voice boom. Everyone's eyes instantly turn to me.

One of them pointed at me. "It must be her! She's the only other Potter! Someone grab her!" He yells. My Brother instantly stands protectively in front of me. He glares at them. "No body is taking her anywhere!" He yells.

"You see Granger! He's protecting the girl who is a vessel to the other half of Lord Voldemort! She's an evil witch! If we keep her among us! It will be a danger to all of us! Who knows what she'll do to us!" A voice yell out. Everyone start to shout out a sound of agreement.

"She's not gonna do anything! It wasn't her choice to be a vessel to the Dark Lord!" My Brother argues. I place my hand on his arm. "Harry..." I said. He turns to look at me. I shake my head.

Then I step away from him. "Y/N... What are you doing?" He asks. "Harry... What they say are true... I lost control once in a while... Who knows what I'll do" I said. I turn towards the crowd. I take a step towards the crowd. "If you want to take me as your prisoner... Then go ahead... I'm not gonna fight back..." I said.

"Y/N, no! You can't do that!" My Brother screams. I turn to look at him. "It's okay, Harry... I'll be okay..." I said. "B-but..." He starts. "It's okay..." I cut him off, smiling slightly at him. He looks at me with a sad expression. Tears starts to stream down my eyes as he did the same.

"Can I at least say goodbye to her?" My Brother  asks. Everyone didn't say a thing. He take this as a sign that they will allow it. He runs to me and pulls me into a hug. "I'll get you out, Y/N... I promise..." He whispers. "I trust you... Harry. You're an amazing Brother" I said. He hugs me tighter, then he lets me go reluctantly.

Two students instantly grabs me, then start pulling me. I turn slightly to look at my Brother and friends. All of them looking at me with an upset expression. My brother starts crying as he watch me getting drag away. I smile sadly at him.

They throw me inside a dungeon. Then they slam the door shut. I lean my back against the wall and slid down. I hug my knees and begin to cry. Soon I get tired from crying, then I just lay down on the cold floor and fall asleep.
