Chapter 43

Previously on Chapter 42

They throw me inside a dungeon. Then they slam the door shut. I lean my back against the wall and slid down. I hug my knees and begin to cry. Soon I get tired from crying, then I just lay down on the cold floor and fall asleep.

-The Battle Begin-

Y/N P.O.V

I woke up to the sound of a loud boom. I jump up to my feet. Then I run towards the gate that is holding me. "Hey! What's that sound?" I yell out. Then someone run in. It's Neville.

"It's Death-eaters... More of them are coming. The war is about to start" he said. Hearing this makes my eyes widen. I hold onto the bar "let me out! I can help with the war!" I said. "I can't d-do that, Y-Y/N..." He said. "Why not?" I asks. "It's too dangerous..." He said. I was about to say something. When someone else come. It's my Brother.

"Harry! Let me out! I can help with the war!" I said. He shakes his head. "I can't, Y/N..." He said. "Why?" I asks. "It's too dangerous... We can't let him meet you..." He said. "Harry! I can handle myself! I can help you fight him!" I said. He shakes his head "we can't let you meet him. If you guys merge... It'll be harder for us to beat him..." He said. "But-" I start, but he cuts me off. "I'm sorry... I did this for your own good, Y/N. You know if you merge... You'll die... I'm doing this to protect you... So it's better for you to stay here" he said. Then he comes closer to me. He hugs me through the bar. "I came here to see you... In case I wouldn't survive... I need to see the person I treasure the most... My little Sister" he said. "Please be careful out there. P-please don't d-die..." I said, I close my eyes as I hug him tightly.

He pulls away to look at me. "Bye, Sis... I hope to be seeing you again after the war is over" He said. "Bye..." I said. He place a soft kiss on my forehead. He turns around and walks away. I watch as he leaves with tears streaming down my eyes.

Once he was out of sight, I drop to my knees and cry harder. I've never felt so useless in my entire life. Knowing they will battle out there for their life, but I'm here... With nothing to do. 'I'm so useless' I thought to myself.

I'm stuck here, when I should be fighting along side my Brother. I should be supporting him. I should be out there, fighting with everyone. I'm so useless.

I just curl up into a ball in the corner of the room. I hug my knees close to my chest as I start to cry.

After I calm down. I get up 'I can't just sit here and do nothing!' I thought to myself. I run to the door. I try to open it but it wouldn't budge.

I move backwards and point my hand towards it. "Bombarda" I scream. The gate broke open. I run outside. I try to look for my Brother. Then I start attacking every Death Eaters that in my view.

I saw him from afar. "Harry!" I scream. He turns to me. "Y/N! What the hell are you doing out here?! It's too dangerous!" He yelled. I just keep running towards him. He place both hand on my shoulder. "Are you crazy, Y/N! Why wouldn't you come? What if they caught you?" He said. "I can handle myself, Harry! I don't want to just sit there and do nothing! While all of you is risking your life! It makes me feel like a useless person and that is not a nice feelings" I argue. He sighs "fine... But you have to stay close to me... So I can keep you safe" He said. I nod my head "okay..." I said.

Then we went back to fighting more Death eaters. I stayed by my Brother at all caused, just like how he wanted me to be.

Time-skip

The battle has been going on for hours. Then it stops. "Potter! And you... Y/N. If you surrender and come to me... I will spare all of them" Lord Voldemort said.

Then they left. We walk around the room. A lot of people have died. Then I stop in front of a certain bed. "O-Oh no... F-Fred..." I cried. My Brother pulls me into a hug. He gently caress my hair as I continue to cry.

Then he pulls away. He told me that he needs to talk. We walk out of the room, to the hall. He turn around to look at me. He place his hands on my shoulder. "Y/N... I'm gonna go and meet with him..." He said. My eyes widen "are you crazy! You're gonna get yourself killed!" I yell at him. "Y/N... The last Hocrux is his snake... The only way for me to destroy it is I have to get close to him!" He said. "Then I'm coming with you..." I said. "No... You're staying here and don't argue with me on this! I don't want you to get hurt" he said. "B-but..." I said. He pulls me into a hug.  "P-please... Don't follow me... I can't be at peace if I know you're in danger..." He said. I clutch his shirt as I start to cry.

"B-But I don't w-wanna l-loose you, Harry... You're t-the only family I have l-left..." I cried. Endless tears stream down my face. He pulls away to look at me. "I know... But t-this is the only way... I h-have to go... But you have to stay h-here... I'll be at peace if I know you're safe..." He said. I just look at him as tears continue to stream down from my eyes.

"Please... Don't follow me... Promise me you won't follow me..." He pleads. I just nod my head. He pulls me into another hug. "Bye, Y/N... I love you, sis..." He whispers. "Neville..." He says. Neville comes into view. My brother looks at him. "Please make sure she didn't follow me" he said. "I will..." Neville said. My Brother turn to look at me.

He peck my forehead. "I'm going now..." He said. Then he turns around and start walking away. "Harry!" I cried out. I try to run after him, but a hand stops me. I continue to cry as I watch him walks away. Neville pulls me closer to him as I clutch his shirt, crying into his shirt.

Harry... God... Please keep him safe... I don't want to loose him... He's the only family I have left...
