When I See You Again ~ Fillie

I stood by the door, nervously waiting for finn to arrive.

"Sadie, it's 7:01! He's not coming!" I said sadly.

"Millie, he's one minute late. He's coming, just calm down" Sadie said, sighing.

There was a knock on the door, I opened it quickly, Finns standing there was a single rose in his hand

"Hey there Princess" he said, a smile on his face "you look beautiful"

Not a smirk, but a real smile.

My cheeks were red with a blush. "Thanks"

Finn holds out his hand to me "shall we?"

I nodded and took his hand.

I was so nervous, I'd never been on a date before.

"So where are we going?" I asked, hoping he doesn't know how nervous I am.

"A diner, my favourite diner. You'll like it"

"Ok"

And he took me there. The place was called "Benny's" it looked nice enough. We went inside and sat in a booth near the back.

"Hey Finn" the man in the diner said in a gruff voice

"Hey Benny. I brought this beautiful girl here today on a date" finn said , wrapping his arm around my waist.

I blushed more. He called me beautiful, his arm is around me. We're on a date.

"She looks like a lovely young lady. What can I get you two tonight?" Benny said, he seemed like a nice man.

"A chocolate milkshake and a plate of fries for me, and what would you like, millie?"

"A-A strawberry milkshake"

Benny nodded, and walked into the back of the diner.

I felt Finns eyes on me, his beautiful brown eyes.

I looked over and made eye contact with him.

He tucked a stray strand of my hair behind my ear "have I ever told you how beautiful you are?"

My cheeks, which were already covered in a blush, turned a shade of dark red.

"Because you are breathtakingly beautiful"

"S-So are you- I-I mean, like you're very handsome" I stuttered, I'm so stupid.

"Why Thank you princess" Finn said, a smirk on his lips.

Benny came back with our drinks in his hand. "Here you go kids. Have a good night"

"We will" Finn said "I mean, who couldn't have a good time when they're with Millie here"

Benny chuckled "You be good to her, Finn, she seems like a nice young lady. Don't corrupt her"

"I'll try not to, no promises though"

"That's good enough for me. Have a nice night, kids" Benny laughed and walked off.

I take a sip of my milkshake, it was really good, I've never had a milkshake before.

Finns arm was around my shoulder, I've never been this close to a boy before. I liked it, I really liked it.

"I've never been on a date before" I blurted out.

"That's ok, princess. Dates are easy, all you do is be yourself and the night ends with a kiss"

Oh my god, he was gonna kiss me after this date. "I-I haven't been kissed in 5 years." He was my last kiss.

"Well, I can change that"

"O-Ok" I blushed again.

He smirked, pulling me close to him.

We ate our food in silence, I was too nervous to speak.

Finn laced our fingers together as we walked back to my house.

We got to my front door,

"I had a good time tonight, Princess" he smiled

"M-Me too"

"Wanna do it again sometime?"

I nodded quickly.

He let go of my hand and placed it on my waist. My heart immediately sped up.

He pulled me in close, I could feel his hot breath on my cheek.

Our lips were centimetres away, he leaned in even closer.

Just as our lips brushed together, the front door opened.

Finn and I jumped away from each other.

"Millie, what's going on out here?" My mother said

"N-Nothing. I was just coming inside"

"I just wanted to make sure nothing inappropriate was going on out here" My mothers arms were crossed, one eyebrow raised.

"No! Nothing was going on" I said quickly, though Finns hand was still on my waist. I turned to finn "I'll see you at school tomorrow"

Finn nodded "Goodnight Millie"

"Goodnight Finn"

His hand left my waist and he walked away, I could tell he was smirking, even though I couldn't see his face.

I giggled a little and went inside.

"What was that about?" My mother asked me.

"Nothing, Nothing really" I smiled "I'm going to bed, goodnight"

I skipped up to my room, a permanent smile stuck to my face.

I went into my room and laid on my bed, staring at the ceiling.

My phone went off, signalling I got a text. I picked it up and unlocked it.

Finn: I had a great time tonight. Wish we didn't get interrupted. We'll finish where we left off tomorrow;)
