Chapter 2: Creepy Visitor

Assassination Classroom

A few days before Ichigo and Rukia fight the hollow...

"Korosensei seems very distracted today" noticed Isogai as he looked over at Korosensei staring out the classroom window blankly. "That is kinda odd even for him" Sugino chimed in thinking the same thing. "We should be taking this chance to kill him, not worry about whatever the hell he's thinking" Terasaka said twirling his anti Korosensei knife. "That may be true but you have to wonder what's keeping him so off guard. It must be really important" Isogai concluded. Passing the group of three, Karma Akabane nonchalantly walks up to Korosensei and throws an uppercut, which Korosensei dodges with no effort. "Say teach, you've been staring out that window for quite some time. Something on your mind?" Karma asked. Korosensei kept his position, "I sense there's something out there watching me. It's like nothing I ever smelled before" Korosensei explained. Isogai, Sugino and Terasaka came over to join the conversation. "Maybe you're going crazy", Terasaka said. Korosensei turned to face the group, his smile returning. "Perhaps. It could be another assassin trying to kill me. Although I strongly feel that's not it" Korosensei informed "Anyways. Lunch break is over. Please take your seats" he told them. The four student dispersed and went to take their seats. With the classroom full of students in their seats, it was time for another lesson. This time with Professor Bitch.

Leaving his student in the care of Ms. Bitch, Korosensei went out to find the new unfamiliar smell. The being was defiantly close, but it was nowhere remotely in sight. Korosensei rubbed his head, "Maybe I really am going crazy. There's nothing here" he said to himself. "I wouldn't say that" a voice responded. Korosensei perked up, now on alert. "Whoever you are, I'd advise you to leave. Especially for the safety of my students" Korosensei warned the voice. Something stirred around Korosensei. A mysterious shadow appeared. The shape couldn't be made out. "Your students are safe for now" the shadow chuckled. Korosensei didn't like the shadow's tone one bit. He knew this thing wanted nothing but to harm others. If he had to take the hits for his students so be it. "If you won't leave, I'll make you" Korosensei threatened, his skin turning black. The shadow was amused, "So you're the one that's smell brought me here. You're nothing like I've seen. No Soul Reaper or even hollow can compare" the shadow said. Korosensei choose to pay not much attention his opponent's words. They were probably meant to do nothing more than confuse him. But what was this thing talking about? The shadow stepped forward to meet up with Korosensei. The creature oddly enough reminded Korosensei of himself. It held a similar shape to him with tentacles and a body. Would this be like fighting a double of himself? Only one way to find out. Using his speed, Korosensei attacked and threw a flurry of punched at his opponent. The odd creature dodged all the punches and retaliated with a powerful body blow, throwing Korosensei flying back to school grounds. He landed with a strong thud, colliding and sliding into the dirt. Dirt flew into the air. Seeing the commotion the class had ran outside to check on their teacher. They all ran up to him. "Korosensei are you alright?" Nagisa asked him not sure what was happening. Korosensei lifted himself back up, "I'm fine. But all of you should get back into the classroom right now" Korosensei urged them all. The student were confused, "What's going on sir?" Kanzaki asked him. A roar came resonating from the forest. It was nothing like they've heard before. Korosensei turned to face the creature again, defending his students. "Go! Now!" Korosensei ordered. Obeying their teacher but still confused, the student retreated back to the class room and all gather at the windows to see what was really happening. Everyone was talking trying to figure things out. "Is this another one of the government's attempts to kill him?" Kayano guessed. "Maybe the school is under attack?!" Okuda shivered a bit. At this point the commotion got worse. "Look! Look! What is that?!" Sugaya yelled pointing out the window. All the students could see was a weird shadowy distortion of a creature approaching Korosensei.

"You're strong for whatever you are. But I will not give up so easily" Korosensei told the creature. The creature lunged, throwing its tentacles at Korosensei. Blocking the attack, Korosensei took the hits defending himself. "You won't get anywhere from defending yourself like that" the thing taunted. The creature and Korosensei locked their tentacles together in a test of strength. "I assure you, I'm stronger than I look. Now Listen. I'll give you one more chance to leave" Korosensei told it putting his strength into this locked battle. "I'll take my chances" the creature growled using its strength to lift Korosensei and throw him across the school yard. The students all gasped, watching the intense battle. They all cried out:

"Get up Korosensei!"

"You can do this!"

"Don't give up!"

Hearing the words of his students gave Korosensei that confidence he needed to protect them. He stood back up. "How cute. They actually care about you" the creature chuckled. Korosensei retaliated and knocked the thing off its feet. "It's better to have the support you need to pull through then face tough situations alone" Korosensei responded. The creature got back up, "I don't need your lectures" it growled. The two forces clashed at Mach speed again and again. Yet they were evenly matched. Korosensei had to admit that he needed help, but he couldn't risk putting his students or anyone else in danger. Besides this was something not of this world, like he was. "This battle is getting us nowhere. How about you call a quits and leave" Korosensei panted catching his breath. He was slightly scratched and bruised from the multiple collisions. The creature was in a similar beaten state. It thought about the circumstances. "Very well. But I will be back very soon and this time I will kill you" said the creature. Just like a blink of eye, it seemed to disappearing into the darkness. Seeing the coast was clear, the whole class ran back outside to help Korosensei.

"Korosensei are you ok?"

"What was that thing?"

"I'll be alright everyone. I just got some bumps and bruises. But whatever that things was....it will be back" Korosensei panted. For once, the class had never seen their teacher so beat up before and from whatever had just attacked him.
