Bleach: A Hollow of a Teacher (Bleach and Assassination Classroom Crossover)

Chapter 4: Introductions

"Sorry for attacking you. We thought you were a Hollow we were looking for", Ichigo explained. The three of them got closer to one another. "Hollow? Never heard of that before. I think I know what you are referring to. A few days ago I felt this strange presence, so I went out to look for it. Whatever it was wasn't afraid of me and it attacked. It was hidden by a dark aura like the two of you are" Korosensei told them. Ichigo and Rukia thought about it. "That must be it then. Listen, we have to kill this hollow before it does any damage. If we don't there's a chance it might bring more of its friends over here" Rukia said. Korosensei took her advice seriously, "I see. I could sense that hollow was a danger. Although, what are you two? I can't exactly see you either. Are you hollows too?" Korosensei assumed. Ichigo shook his head, "No. I'm Ichigo Kurosaki and this is my friend Rukia Kuchiki. We're spiritual beings called Soul Reapers. We fight hollows and help people's spirits pass on. Hollows and Soul Reapers aren't visible to humans, which is why you can't see us" Ichigo told him. "Very interesting" Korosensei was genuinely intrigued. "What about you? You're not human and you are visible" Rukia asked. "I am Korosensei. I teach class E-3 here. It is true I am not human but I used to be. I can reach up to speed of Mach 20 and am constantly being hunted down by the military and my students" he smiled proudly. 'He's being hunted down? Did he do something? Although I'm sure an alien would raise anyone's alarm' Ichigo thought. "Why?" Ichigo asked wanting to know. Korosensei's face changed, having green horizontal stripes. "You see the moon up there?" Korosensei asked pointing up. Ichigo and Rukia looked up to look at the barely visible moon. Both surprised to see what it had become. "It's practically destroyed" Rukia said shocked. "That's right and I did it" Korosensei chuckled. 'This guy destroyed the moon!? No wonder why everyone's after him' Ichigo thought. "But why teach if you're a wanted criminal?" Ichigo asked. Korosensei's face reverted to a normal yellow color. "That's for me to know. All that matters is teaching my students how to succeed in life" he answered. Ichigo found Korosensei to be quite interesting, yet confusing. He teaches a class, yet is capable of such power. He must have his reasons. Ichigo, surely, has his. Being human turned soul reaper and all. "Please let me invite the two of you inside. Maybe we can find a way to make you visible to my students. I'm sure they are curious to what is going on" Korosensei offered. Rukia and Ichigo agreed.

"What's Korosensei doing? Is he bringing those things inside?" Sugino exclaimed. The whole class rushed to their seats to see what was going to happen. Kurasuma left the classroom to see what was going on. The students heard some mumbling between the two teachers. It wasn't long until, the door opened and Korosensei came inside. Everything was quiet for a second...until the whole class started yelling and asking questions all at once.

"Korosensei what's going on!?"

"Were you fighting ghosts!?"

"Are you alright?!"

"Are we gonna die!!!?"

Korosensei was almost blown away by all the yelling.

"This is quite the class you have here" Ichigo commented almost terrified at the sight of all the yelling students. Korosensei tried to quiet everyone down. "They may look like a handful but they're good kids" Koro replied.

When all was said and done, the class finally settled down ready to hear their teacher's answers. Korosensei was relieved. "Let me explain" Korosensei started as he clarified what was going on. "I was attacked mistaken to be a monster called a Hollow. I have encounter one of those Hollow things a few days ago if you all recall. Rukia and Ichigo are here to hunt down the monster. They call themselves Soul Reapers" Korosensei explained as best he could. After the explanation, only more questions popped up.

"Are Soul Reapers ghost?"

"Where did they come from?"

"What is a hollow?"

"I can't exactly answer that for them. The objective right now is to find a way to get you guys to also see and hear them. They will be able to explain everything" Koro rubbed the back of his head still trying to think of a good solution. "But sir can't you just act as a translator since you can see and hear them?" Okuda suggested. Koro sighed, "That is true Okuda but that would make answering questions a lot longer if I have to repeat what they just said" Koro told her. It's true that process would get old quite fast. Ichigo thought to himself, "There must be something to allow soul reapers to be seen. Although it is a good thing this world is similar to where Rukia and I come from. We could do our business and be on our way home. But we do need to communicate with everyone here, even if it were to help us get back home. We'll find a way" he thought. "I might have an idea Ichigo" Rukia spoke up. Ichigo turned his head to look at her. "The Ki bell. If it is a good luck charm connected to our spiritual energy...than maybe" she told Ichigo while gathering her thoughts. Ichigo knew what Rukia was getting at. Although the idea was a shot in the dark. Just exactly how would they use the bell? Rukia took the bell out and held it in her hand. Korosensei noticed the shiny object, "Is that the Ki bell?" he asked her. Rukia and Ichigo were surprised, "You can see it?" Rukia asked him. How was that possible? Maybe this thing was good luck after all. Korosensei nodded and walked over, "May I see it?" he held a tentacle out. Rukia handed over the small trinket. The moment the bell was handed over and made contact with Korosensei, something happened. Everyone seemed to gasp. "Looks like this bell of yours was the key. You two are clear as day" Korosensei smiled. "You can actually see us?" Questioned Ichigo. Korosensei nodded. Ichigo looked back at Rukia as if she had an explanation. She shook her head, "It must be because our spiritual is linked to the charm. When he touched it, it was like our two worlds became connected" she thought of quickly but wasn't very sure. That made enough sense, sort of. "Whatever the case is. It worked" Korosensei said. All the students stared at the two Soul Reapers.

Kayano raised her hand, "Hey mister why is your hair so orange?" she asked. Not that again, Ichigo was thinking. "I don't think that matters Kayano. I think it's pretty cool. Besides he's not from here, why should it matter" Rio spoke up. "Before things get too out of hand. I'll let Ichigo and Rukia explain the situation" Korosensei told the class.
