The boys had decided that it would be a good idea to all chill at Noam's house which was where they were heading before they ran into us--literally. I didn't reject like I normally would, much to Shan's relief. But if it was up to me, I'd say that we probably wouldn't make it to Noam's with the way Hugo was driving. Why wasn't a sensible human like Laith behind the wheel? After the third car Hugo swerved past, I had to speak up,

"I need to have a word with the driving instructor who passed you because your driving is abysmal!" I scream at him over Jhus' vocals booming through the speakers. Safira heard me and replied,

"Now do you understand why I hardly get into a vehicle with this amateur? Why didn't my excuse of a brother bring his instead?" she said the second part more to herself than to me. So Laith does drive, we'll be having words.

"WHAT DID YOU SAY?" Hugo suddenly bellowed back, turning up the volume of the music.

"TURN THE MUSIC DOWN AND DRIVE PROPERLY YOU BASTARD".

He didn't stop his reckless driving but he turned his music down probably so he could speak at normal volume,

"Who are you calling a bastard?"

he kept on swerving but no car was there, he was doing it on purpose. I did not like this one bit and neither did Safira I guessed as she slapped him upside his head.

"Safira mannnnnn",

"Stop your retarded driving and behave like a human" she simply stated, lowering herself back into her seat.

"Not until Egyptian tells me her surname" he retorted, rubbing the back of his head with one hand.

My surname? What kind of ultimatum was that, I thought. Laith turned his head to look at Hugo as he said this as if he was warning him. Confusion consumed me as I witnessed this but I shook it off and stayed put,

"Why?"

Safira looked just as confused as I was but she didn't have time to add because we had now picked up speed and the traffic light was red where we were headed. About five cars had stopped, waiting for the green signal and we were still zooming,

"SCOTT! MY SURNAME IS SCOTT, STOP THE DAMN CAR YOU IMBECILE".

At the sound of this, Hugo slammed on the breaks as we stopped just in time with a small gap between the front of the car and the back of the other in front of us. Safira and I let go of each others' hands, that we didn't know we were holding until now, to check our hearts and breathing. Even Laith looked a little shaken as his brows furrowed and it looked as if he broke a sweat or two. But there was something else bothering him as he and Hugo exchanged looks of shock? No, worry? I couldn't tell, but it was enough to make me question why.

"Sorry about that" he almost whispered as he changed gear and took off again at normal pace in response to the green light. I turned to Safira to see if she had seen the looks but her attention was now on outside the window. The atmosphere had changed and I wasn't sure I liked it.

"The next time Dybala misses a shot I'm locking off this game" Raphael growled.

We had arrived at Noam's an hour ago and Raphael was currently playing against Noam on FIFA.

"Looool you're a big man to be crying like this Raph" Noam laughed as he finished the game off--3-1.

Raphael threw the controller and went into the kitchen,

"I'm hungry and I'm taking the rest of the food in your fridge". We all laughed knowing he was only saying this because he lost the match. Noam. however, did not find this funny as he shouted and ran after him,
