I stared at the black haired emerald eyed lady in front of me and watched her shake the glass-jewel thing vigorously.
"This odd item has to be the reason why we are like this. It is indeed very, very bizaar." The woman Mr. Ambrose was eyeing it now, and glanced at me through it. Normally I always have a lot to say, but this time, I truly was, speechless.
Mr. Ambrose still looked stone cold serious as a lady.
Was that really Mr. Ambrose though? Or did a circus clown divert my attention and swapped him with a girl that looked like him for amusement reasons?
"I could probably sell this for a lot."
Yep. That was definitely Mr. Ambrose.
"Mr. Ambrose, do you believe in black magic?"
He looked at me-or should I say she looked at me.
"Black magic is an irrational concept Mr. Linton. This however, I suppose is some sort of advance technology. I'll get my men to look into it."
"And...Mr. Ambrose sir, if I may ask, how are you going to convince your men to look into it...looking like that." I gestured to his-her body. She glanced down at himself.
"Indeed this is problematic. It seems that this transformation has shortened my height rather inconveniently. It would be hard to look down on the receiver when I'm giving orders."
Did he have a few screws loose in his head? That was his concern?
"No one is going to believe you're Mr. Rikkard Ambrose, you do realise that right? In fact, I still cannot believe that my body has turned into the likes of the annoying sex, I wonder if I am being punished or something."
"Mr. Linton, clearly the inferior body here is the female one, now I am slightly concerned that my brain has shrunk aswe-"
"What did you just say?!" I took a step towards him..er her.
"Listen here you chauvanis-"
"Hush! Follow me." Miss Ambrose quickly duck behind a wall and I followed by instinct when I heard footsteps approach. The sun had fully risen, and a strange morning was greeting us.
"Anyhow, we cannot go walking around with you looking like a clown Mr. Linton, we need to do something about that horrendous dress."
"Oh so I am the one looking like a clown? What about you and that oversized suit of yours?"
Silence, lady Ambrose eyed me fiercely. As much as her eyes were intense, her face was actually rather beautiful, my sisters would kill for a face like that.
"Fair enough, let's trade."
"What?"
"Are you deaf Mr. Linton? Let's exchange clothes before you accidentally tear that dress apart."
I glared at her, and surprisingly, I had to lower my eye level down by quiet a bit to do so. It was a satisfying feeling.
"Alright. But do you even know how to put on a dress?"
"These frivolous gowns shouldn't be a problem at all for me."
*20 minutes later*
"This is the hardest most complicated piece of clothing to wear. I do not understand why female attires are overly complex, only the devil himself would create such horrendous monstrosities. Gowns should not exist."
I smiled at his misery,
"Do you require assistance Mr. Ambrose? Is dressing up too hard of a task for you?" I had already dressed up in his clothing 16 minutes ago. Wearing men clothing was no problem for me at all, if anything it just made life easier. Although I had to admit, considering this was Mr. Ambrose's suit, it was still a bit big on my male frame.
