You and Calum had even dating for 3 weeks now. You were playing hard-to-get and you didn't let Calum kiss you yet. You could tell he wanted to so badly though because he would always be staring at your lips when spoke and he always had is hands on you. Today you were spending your Fourth of July with Calum at your family celebration. He followed you around when you were talking to your cousins, aunts, uncles, etc. he would wrap his arms around you waist from behind and rest his head on your head or shoulder. He kept trying to kiss you and you would turn away or pretend you didn't notice. You could tell it was killing him. "(Y/N) why won't you let me kiss you!" He yelled finally giving up and throwing his hands in the air. You turned to him and got really close and said "becaaaauuuuuussssssee..." You turned you read dragging out the "ause" as if you heard someone calling your name. "Oh gotta go!" You said running off. He went over to meet some of your family introducing him as your boyfriend. You finally caught up with him in time for the fireworks. You sat in a semi circle of chairs with you cousins and you and Calum in the middle sitting on the ground. At the end you all stood up and started cleaning up. You and Calum stayed back because he had grabbed your hand to stop you from walking off. "This night was perfect but you know what would make it better?" He said now smirking. You put your index finger on your chin and pretended to think then finally said "a unicorn?" Calum chuckled "come here you!" and pulled you by the belt rings on your jeans and kissed you passionately and you kissed him back. You had never kissed a guy and had fireworks explode in your mind before.
