I met a boy who loved a girl. Then I met the girl whom the boy loved. They were like the stars and a stargazer, the boy would look at the girl from a far away distance while the girl shined, cascading her luster beauty. Everyone got to view her, including him.

I was the same as them, only he was my star and I am a planet, drawn to his glow and ethereal brilliance, drawn to his strong magnetic, entrancing charm. While I was unable to pull my eyes away from him, he was drawn to another star that always seem to outglow my light. She was able to snatch his attention and admiration while no matter how much I revolve around him, he never saw me, he never felt my presence.

"You never knew how much you pulled me in, unconsciously you kept rotating in my head, in my world, you are my light, you were my only light," she says this everytime to him, yet he never heard her.

"She's so beautiful, so spectacular, I hope to meet her eyes and be lost in them, I wish to be with her," he said longingly, aching to touch his love. His heart aching to be with the other.

"I hope to be with someone I love, I want to be with the person who sees me as me, not what I show them," she spoke, oblivious to the boy who was always looking at her.

He loved her, she loves him, and the girl who he loved wants to be loved for who she is.

They only want one thing, but they never got it, they never saw eye to eye, they were too afraid and too vulnerable. And that vulnerability cost them the fairytale they wished to have.
