"Why do you only buy me food when were out and look disgusted when you eat your bento although it tastes good?" I wouldn't do anything if he was a ghoul so why am I so interested in the fact whether or not he's a ghoul? "I only buy you food because you always hungry and I'm full plus I don't look disgusted when I eat you're over thinking."
