I was in the elevator of the apartment block of my best friend, Will, he had asked me to come over as we haven't seen each other in about a week. The elevator doors opened and I stepped out and walked to wills apartment.

For once the door was actually opened but by my other best friend, Stephan. "Hey y/n" he said. "Hey bro, where's will he asked me to come over" you asked. "Oh he has someone over. But he's in his room." Stephan said looking everywhere but on me. "Thanks" I gave him a smile and walked to wills room.

I knocked softly "Will?" You said quietly "come in" he said. He was with a random girl, she gave me a dirty look and said to Will. "I have to go, I'll call you later" she said with a wink. "K. See ya" Will said. She pushed past me and I went to sit with Will on his bed. "You didn't tell me you were looking to date someone" I said to Will trying not to sound upset as I did like him a lot. But he's my best friend he wouldn't like me. "I didn't even know to be honest" he said with a giggle.

"Will, look I need to tell you something before it's too late." I said making eye contact. "Go ahead" Will said with a smile. "Well...I've liked you ever since we were in our last year of high school. And I know this could ruin what we have, and I know you  don't feel the same way as you have that girl but I just want you to know." I said on the edge of crying. Will just sat there shocked. I picked up my bag and ran out of his room and was about to leave when Stephan caught me.

"You ok?" He asked with concern in his face. "I told Will that I love him.I don't really think I'll be coming back" I said at this point the tears were falling at the thought of not seeing my best friends again.

All of a sudden Will comes running out of his room and engulfs me into a hug. "I love you to" he whispered. I pulled away from the hug and smiled at him, Stephan was admiring the scene next to us. Will leaned in and so did i our lips met when suddenly we hear a camera click we pulled away to see Stephan with his phone taking a picture and video of us. I jumped onto wills back and he carried me to his room, "so I take it we're dating?" He asked. "Course only if you want to." I replied "course I do" he smiled.
