Tae scrambled to the bathroom while hiding his bleeding palm.

'Fuck...'

Tae grabbed his handkerchief and wiped the green liquid oozing out from his skin.

He felt something tugging on his head and butt.

'Oh deer Jisoos, please not now...'

Tae's hair began to move upwards as it formed into a pair of black-tipped orange ears as his tail made its way outside of his pants.

Ohhh boi.

His tail began wagging involuntarily as he tried to catch it.

"T-Tae...?"

Tae jumped, not expecting the older to follow him all the way to the bathroom.

"N-Namjoon- hyung! I-uh... UhM..."

Tae hid his tail behind his back as he lowered his ears.

"Hey, how's it goin'?" Tae smiled his playful boxy smile pretending that the other didn't just discover his little family secret.

Namjoon raised a brow and pouted.

Tae scoffed and frowned.

"Look... just... pretend you didn't see anything, okay?"

"Why so?" Namjoon asked.

Tae let out a tired sigh as he knew Namjoon wouldn't budge unless he gets his answer.

"You know it's forbidden for a royal like me to be a hybrid, right?" Tae looked down shyly.

Namjoon looked worried but only nodded.

"But when did you become a hy-"

"Since I was born, Joon. My father had an affair with a slave."

Namjoon just stared at him with a dumbstruck expression, processing all the given and exposed information the younger had given him.

"Don't worry Tae, I won't tell anyone."

Namjoon gave Taehyung a reassuring smile.

Tae blushed but returned the smile.

Tae shooed Namjoon out of the bathroom as he waited for his ears and tail to vanish out of plain sight.

Little did they know, someone had eavesdropped at their whole conversation.

As that said someone smirked.

"Watch your back, Kim Taehyung."

Everyone thinks lowly of hybrids, they are considered to be special slaves because of their unique but beautiful appearance.

Though they seem beautiful, one cannot deny the fact that they are weak and useless.

Humans were kind enough to give them a purpose.

And that one purpose is for them to let high ranking people control the way they live.

Though, a fox hybrid, is quite a catch, and a royal at that.
