@iDreaminqq 💓 Hello, so I've read some things that I should improve so, I'll try to make this story slow pace. I've also added the ominous wind music to make it seem more enjoyable. Play it through and see if it fits. :))

September 1st 2010 1: 00 PMThis started as normal, now, I'm stuck in a room alone whilst my younger sister was in the other room. God, I didn't want to raise suspicions but I didn't trust my instincts. Why did my parents keep this away from me? Aunt Brenda was truly someone I didn't know, I strike and thump the walls to get my sisters attention; this was smart, there were no windows but a small window at the right corner of the pink, luxurious prestigious looking room. This room illustrates a kid-like feeling, a young girl wouldn't mind sleeping in here but little did she know, her aunt is evil. Exactly my case in here, I still run this question through my head, what was her intention? And who could've witnessed it besides me and Carla? Aha—Angela, that petite girl with small braids, she miraculously is a younger clone of Aunt Brenda— maybe she is in it too, maybe it was a trap that I would go in too. THUMP, THUMP! the floor boards now filled with miscellaneous booming strikes. I hear footsteps approaching to that area, hm, a way to escape possibly that get me and my sister out of here.
On the down side she probably took my sister too, my heart races and with each pump I tried to quickly think of plans. I grab pins from my hair, lucky time for having pins; I might need more equipment too, and in a girls bedroom there should be some kind of hair clips. F*ck, it's nothing. I bite my lip in the sense of distress, continuing scanning for stuff to see that could help, gazing meticulously having nothing to find. Pins, that's all I have; and when I thought everything was gonna be fine— who am I kidding? I'm stuck in the middle of a child's room having to meet my crazy Aunt. Now, how do I work this? I've seen a YouTube clip about opening doors with pins, unfortunately my small brain can't remember anything. Sh*t, I'm in the verge of tears and my arms are turning into thread wanting to give up. How do I remember this? Just put the pin in the door knob and— f*ck, I hear foot steps, I impetuously cried, oh sweet mother of Jesus; help me! Though I wasn't religious, I prayed and prayed.
"Gracie, what're you doing?" a voice sounding of concerned appears.
"O-Oh, nothing, I'm just Uh— sleeping, sorry for the way I acted" I say trying to clear away the sobs, I let go of the pins and hid them out of plain sight. Aunt Brenda glances at me and settles eyes on the door. "Gracie, time for lunch" she says growing a wicked smile, I wipe away my tears, what did she meant by shouting won't resolve anything? I was sobbing and banging on the walls but— I guess this was my luck. I laughed to myself still, sounding like I was gonna cry, like laugh-crying. It was most certainly like in Tv shows I've watched, once in danger the protagonist finds a clever ploy to get out or escape. Well, this is my story and I'm going to figure out who Angela really is and I certainly know for a fact there is more than meets the eye of my Aunt Brenda.
I stepped out of the room making eyes side to side, I then approached Carla's room. Geez, she's already eating lunch? Strange, she always plays cupcake jump for a few hours, at the same time people can change. I sat on the kitchen chair pushing my seat near the table.
"Now Grace, you know how to act like a proper lady" Aunt Brenda sneered chewing her food very loudly.
I just hate when people munch on their food so aggressively, but I guess, they don't know that they're doing that. I smile widely trying to not look terrified as I am, should I ask about Angela again? F*ck, it's too big of a risk. Carla had a straight face playing with her food with the spoon swirling on the unfinished soup, I swept her bangs off to make the food more easier to eat. "Finish that" Aunt Brenda said winced banging her palms onto the table. I didn't want to anger Aunt Brenda, I know what she does and now I'm playing with fire. I kept quiet but I wanted to defend my sister so badly, she just turned 7 on the 18th Of April. She is a smart young girl, never displeased anyone and was enjoyable. I never knew my sister was like this, she was quiet, yes, however this brought a new side of her.
It was only the beginning, and still, not the end. There was no words to express myself but I had to shape something out, just how do I put that puzzle piece in? Aha— taking to the neighbours. Exquisite plan by the one and only Grace, mystery detective who got herself in a pickle, well, I won't let my guard down so fast. Nevertheless I started to put pieces in puzzles, I excused myself from the table. How should I do this? Just ask her if I can go outside to play with the neighbours, this was another pickle I have gotten myself into. "Hey, Aunt Brenda" I say nervously, the brittle tension was too hard for me to break through.
I fidget with my fingers and exhaled cold air, breathe in and out Grace. She replied with a still stance with her glaring eyes and the noticeable I-want-to-kill-you face, ahem, there is no signal mind I note myself and no wifi. We're literally in the middle of nowhere in a mansion, more like manor.
"I was wondering if I could go out— like outside to meet some neighbours" I gushed and stuttered, "there are no people near here, dear" Aunt Brenda rebuked.
"Well at least there might be someone—" I protested trying to convince her, "I mean, is this the only house? Come on" insinuating, once again.
Aunt Brenda breathes in and out looking belligerent, "Dear,I told you—there-are-no-people-near" Aunt Brenda says angrily mouthing every word. "Then why did I see a little girl? H-her name was Angela" I say cowardly, I pushed her buttons, f*ck, too many pickles to count. "I'm tired of this sh*t, dear, I said there ARE NO F*CKING PEOPLE NEAR HERE!" she moves aside the plates onto the floor crashing the dishes and cups. Carla stays behind me scared of what she saw.
I didn't felt safe.
