Well, the Awkward never ends

(Sasuke's P.O.V.)

I slowly woke up, becoming aware of my surroundings but I hadn't opened my eyes yet. I felt warmth around me and my arms seemed to be wrapped around something. I felt a slight weight on my chest and I heard a steady thudding.

My brain joining two and two together realizing what this meant. Jolting awake, I opened my eyes and was met with the sight of Sakura's head on my chest. My arms were wrapped around her waist and her arms were pressed against my torso. Her breathing was still even and she seemed to be sleeping.

'Dammit, how do I get out of this without waking her up?' I thought, not wanting to face the awkward situation.

'Are you even a man? Just shut up, enjoy it and sleep.' Inner replied.

I decided that I would pretend to sleep and let Sakura deal with the situation.(Inner: Yea right, You just like the feel of her lying next to you.) Closing my eyes again, I tried to ignore the feel of her body pressed against mine and the warmth radiating off of her. Steadying my breathing, I focused on anything but Sakura.

A few minutes later, I felt her stir in my arms. I stayed completely still, wondering how she would deal with the situation. Cracking my eyes open just barely, I saw her eyes flutter before opening completely. I watched as the current situation sank in ad she seemed somewhat startled. Sighing, she gently undid my arms that were wrapped around her and the slowly lifted her head off my chest. She stayed still, probably wondering if I had awoken, before getting up quietly, and walking over to where her bag was.

She put her hair up quickly using two chopsticks and straightened out her clothes that had become messed up during her sleep. Slipping her cloak on, she walked out of the tent and I felt her chakra go down towards the lake. I searched for the chakra of my other teammates and found Suigetsu and Juugo's sound asleep. Karin, however, seemed to be moving around restlessly in her tent.

Once Sakura's chakra signature left the camp area, I felt Karin's slowly edge towards the Sakura and my tent. Keeping my eyes shut, I decided to wait and see what she was going to do.

I heard the tent zipper open, and saw through my barely open eyes, Karin enter. She glanced at where I was laying and I'm positive I saw drool fall from her mouth. Just barely managing to stop myself from cringing, I waited for her next move.

She wiped the drool from her mouth and shook her head. Walking over to where Sakura's bag was, she picked it up and was about to open the bag when I appeared in front of her.

"What. Are. You. Doing" I said, threateningly.

"I-I-I" she started, stuttering and her eyes darted around the tent, not looking at where I was.

Before she could say anything else, the tent opened again and Sakura stepped in. She looked at me, and then at Karin, and then at the her bag in Karin's hands.
