As Sinon walks to you, you try to get up but fail as your left leg gives way. You remember the gash left on your ankle.
"Ah, that's right...." You say as you crawl to a nearby wall.
Sinon walks over to you and looks at your gash.
"Wow, if this was in the real world, that would look so disgusting." She says as she looks through her inventory for medical supplies.
"Yeah, I guess. You did an amazing job Sinon." You say.
Sinon grows a light blush as she pulls out a trauma kit and proceeds to treat your wound.
"Thank you, you weren't half bad yourself." She replies as she gives you an injection on your bicep. You chuckle lightly as she proceed to bandage your gash.
"You know... I couldn't have done that without you." You say as you inspect your freshly bandaged ankle.
"What do you mean?" Sinon questions as she helps you back up. "You're one of the best players in GGO, I pretty sure you could have, I mean you're on the top 10 of the ranking boards (Y/n)." Sinon says as she pats you on the back.
"Yeah, ok, sure I'm on the top of the leaderboards and sure I may be known as the best in here but... when I'm with you, I don't know... I feel unstoppable. I've been a solo player for so long, I just value your friendship so much, sometimes I think I might lose you, and I can't handle that thought. You made me realise that I was never meant to fight on my own. You took me out of this mindset that I'll always be a solo player. Never having someone I can depend on. I don't want to fight alone anymore."
Sinon blushes as she just stares as you, her heart beating fast as she just wants to hug you, to kiss you, to finally confess her feelings, but she stops herself.
"This fight has showed me many things about our friendship, it may have shown me more." You say as you look at her blushing face. You place you hand on her cheek. Sinon blushes more and leans on your hand taking the opportunity to savor this moment.
"The way you're acting now..." You chuckle as you put one hand on her waist and pull her closer slowly. Sinon gasps as she puts a hand on your shoulder.
"Sinon, thus fight has given me the courage to say this... I..." you hesitate but find the courage again.
"I think I'm in love with you..." You say staring into her eyes. Sinon stands there, until she processes your words.
"Really? Do you... do you mean it?" She says as she gets closer.
"Yes... with all my heart." You say as you hold on tight to Sinon.
"Oh (Y/n)!" Sinon yells as she leaps onto you. You hold onto her as she wraps her legs around you. "In so happy, I've been wanting to confess for so long but I was afraid."
You chuckle as you hold her tight, not wanting to let her go.
"I love you Sinon."
"And I love you (Y/n)."
You two then share a heartfelt kiss.
