"Mom,you're not supposed to buy all these!",I shook my head at her silliness. She was just feeling extra eccentric. Granted I visit her not so often anymore but still....I can't really blame her though. It's been a month since she's seen me. I swear she goes crazy every time she sees me. Looking at her,I admire her so much. She's always so cheerful,it's kinda contagious. Even my dad,who's the quiet one on the family becomes jolly-minded whenever she's around. I can understand why people loves her. Why dad loves her so much. I wish someday I'll have someone like that.
Me and mom are shopping. I looked at the time,damn! It's really late! Time always flies out of the window whenever I'm with her. I turned to her and saw her looking at a bag.
"Mom! You don't need that bag! We bought enough already..",I whined.
Mom pouted like a high school girl.
"Jay-Jay,just that one bag!"
"Don't call me that! I'm not a child anymore.."
"But Jay-Jay! I want tha-
"Mom,it's really late and dark outside. We can come again tomorrow. Dad's going to be really worried. Please let's go for today?"
She sighed and turned my way.
"Okay honey,only if you promise to come tomorrow!"
"Alrighty mom,let's go for now,okay?"
"Okay!",she winked at my way and grabbed my hand. I laughed. Silly woman. I love her. We got outside.
"Sheesh mom,see how late it is?"
"Let's get a cab,honey."
We searched for cabs,there weren't any. I sighed. We have to walk to the main road. I looked around. The road was completely vacant. For some reason there was a nagging eerie feeling on the back of my mind. Maybe I should just call Drake to come and get us....
Suddenly we heard a laughter. We both turned to look where the laughter came from. There at the corner of the alley three guys were barely walking properly. Drunks. Not good. I took out my cell phone and called Drake.
"Hey Drakey? Me and mom are still at city mall and we can't find any cab. It's really late now,could you pick us up? There are also some guys around the corner all drunk and that...could you come quick? It's kinda scaring us...."
After finishing the call I took mom's hand. She looked kinda freaked out by those guys also.
"Mom,Drake's coming right away. Maybe we should just walk to the main road. There are no people here. Atleast there'll be people there..."
"Yeah,let's go."
Just as we were about to start walking someone grabbed my hand and yanked me.
"Hey sweetie where are ya going? Need some help doll?!",it's one of those three guys. He reeked of cigarette and alcohol. His eyes were bloodshot red and he had a disgusting smile on his face. I yanked my hand back and grabbed mom's and started walking.
Suddenly one of them grabbed my mom and she screamed.
"You let go of her NOW!",I screamed. They all smelled of boozes. The one who grabbed her laughed loudly.
"Or else what bitch? You gunna hit us?!",then all three of them laughed. Mom looked at me helplessly. Tears running down her cheeks. I looked around. There's nobody to scream for help either. Before I could even go close to her another guy grabbed my chin and held me from behind. I kept thrashing. Suddenly he held a knife at my throat. Shit.
"Move and I'll slice yar throat slut!"
I stayed completely still. Please god don't let anything happen to my mom. Drake'll come any time now. Right then the guy holding her screamed.
"This mothefucking bitch bit me! Grab her!"
I shouted mom to look out but before I could say a word that guy grabbed her and threw her on the floor with force and sat on top of her holding her neck so that she can't move.
"Let us go!! What do you want from us?! You can take our money and everything else just please let us go!",I cried and pleaded them. They all laughed as if I had said something really funny.
Then the guy holding me licked my ear making me almost throw up in disgust.
"We want that nice piece of ass of yours. Now how're we gunna get your ass if we let you go,hmm?"
"Jade run!!! You leave my girl alone!!",mom screamed. The guy on top of her smacked her head hard. She yelped in pain.
"Bitch if you don't fucking shut your mouth right now,I'll shut it for you!!"
The guy behind me grabbed my breasts roughly from behind. I yelped in sudden pain and instinctively jabbed him with my elbow. He fell back and I quickly tried to move away to my mom but the guy on top of her held a knife around her neck.
"Move and she'll be dead!"
I stood there still. The guy from before came behind me and grabbed my chin roughly and started grinding himself. Tears ran from my eyes and I kept on begging them to leave my mom. But the guy on top of her tore her dress apart suddenly and the third guy also went close to her. I screamed and yelled them to let her go! The guy holding me slapped me with force and I tasted something metallic inside my mouth,blood. I squeezed my eyes shut. I couldn't see what they were doing to my mom anymore. I heard her screams. I sobbed.
"Please I'm begging you....do whatever you want with me...just leave her alone.."
"Now where's the fun in that sweetie..There's three of us! Can you fill us all up!"
"I will do whatever you want. Anything!!! Just let my mom go,I'm begging you!"
"Hmm.....let me think....NO!",he slapped me again.
"JADE! Help me.....",mom croaked. I sobbed uncontrollably. Oh god... Suddenly mom screamed in pain. I looked at her way only to see blood soaking her dress. I couldn't breathe The guy holding her hissed,"I told you to shut your trap! Now look what you made me do!!!",then he stabbed her with it again and again and again.
"MOM!"
She looked at my eyes. I saw the life drain from her eyes as she looked at my way. As if saying goodbye silently.
"NO! MOM!",I screamed out and the guy holding me thrashed me forwards on the ground. I kicked,jerked and he yelled to the other guy to grab me.I kept looking at mom's way,she just laid there...I could tell....she was gone..
All three of the guys came my way. I kept on screaming. One of the guys turned me around and sat on top of me tearing my dress apart he gagged me with the dress. My screams were coming as muffled sound now. Tears spilled from my eyes and another guy held both my hand as the guy on top of me started biting my breast. I tried to move my legs and free my hands,I couldn't.
"JADE!"
"JADE! It's just a nightmare! Wake up Jade!"
My eyes flew open only to see the familiar room. Not the ground,I was on a soft bed. On top of me was Drake. I could see a scratch mark forming on his cheek as he tried his best to hold me on place.
I broke down and sobbed.
"Shhh...it's okay,it's all okay. It was just a nightmare. Nobody will hurt you,you're safe.",Drake held me in his arms and rocked me back and forth. I clutched onto his shirt and sobbed loudly.
"I-m s-ss-o s-sorry-y Dr-ake!",I choked between my sobs.
"Shh...It's okay,I'm here with you. It's not your fault. Let it all out Jay,I'm right here. I won't ever leave you.."
I held onto him and cried my heart out in his arms.

Okay so not the complete past,but from bits and pieces you can guess what could have happened to Jade.
When the story goes forward I'll reveal the full details of her past.
