Ever since that day, Nature Cat and Nature Dog were a happy couple. They created nature art together, watched sunsets together, roamed about the plains together, and stargazed together every night. Best of all, there was no Ronald to stop them. Life had a been a dream for both of them.

"I definitely wouldn't want to forget the past with anyone else, Fred. You're the best", Nature Dog said, and kissed Nature Cat on the cheek. Nature Cat blushed. "Me neither, babe. Me neither", he replied. Then, the two nature pets gracefully danced on the green grass as the nightly breeze cooled the scene and the fireflies lit up and formed a big, bright heart around them. Nature Cat stared into Nature Dog's eyes dreamily as they continued dancing.
Soon, Nature Cat's mind wondered into the future. He imagined wearing a black tuxedo in the place of his regular green-and-brown outfit, while Nature Dog wore a long, white dress and a crystal clear veil. Nature Dog slowly walked to her lover, holding a bouquet of yellow and white flowers. Nature Cat and Nature Dog soon met face-to-face.
"Do you, Nature Cat, take this dog to be your lawfully wedded wife for as long as you both shall live?" asked MC Ferret, who was holding a Bible. "I most certainly do, sir!" Nature Cat replied with a smile. Then, MC Ferret looked at Nature Dog. "Do you, Nature Dog, take this cat to be your lawfully wedded husband for as long as you both shall live?" he asked. "I do", Nature Dog responded.
Then, MC Ferret looked at the couple and announced, "Well then! It looks like we have a married nature couple right here! I now pronounce you two husband and wife! Nature Cat, you may now kiss your bride!" Nature Cat then raised Nature Dog's veil and passionately kissed her. The audience clapped, and MC Ferret and Hal twerked.
Then, we come back to the present. Nature Cat and Nature Dog stopped dancing, and Nature Cat knelt down and presented Nature Dog a golden ring. "Nature Dog aka Amber. Before anything happens to us, will you... marry me? Pretty please, baby?" he asked.
"Oh, Nature Cat... Of course I will!!!" Nature Dog squealed as she took the ring and hugged her new fiancé. Then, she kissed him passionately.
The next day, Nature Cat showed his golden engagement ring to Squeeks and Daisy. "And that's how I got engaged!" he exclaimed. "Expect the wedding to be somewhere next month." Squeeks admired the ring and said, "Wow, Nature Cat! You got pretty darn lucky! I wish I could get married." Nature Cat blushed and sighed dreamily. Someday, Amber. Someday, we WILL get married, babe, he thought as he gazed at the ring one more time.
