Tom's POVI dropped my phone and quickly threw on a shirt. Madison was in New York. It was her birthday. I quickly bought a ticket to New York. I called the only number that could come into my mind. Jazzy.
"Jasmine, Madison. Apartment. You. Now. She. Dead. I couldn't save her. I couldn't." I hear rushing on the other side of the phone. "Im in my car on my way to her place. I'm calling an ambulance. Bye." She hung up. Meanwhile, I wanted to get the quickest way to New York.
"I-I need h-help. L-like n-now." I stutter. I hear him sigh and put me on speaker. "What's wrong?" He asks. "It's Madison. I need a ride to New York. Your jet. Please. It's really urgent. Please." I beg. I hear him get up. "Where are you kid?" He asks. "On the corner of 9th and 34th street." I say. He hangs up leaving me to call Marisa.
"Hey Tom. Need to talk. We're breaking up bye." She says then quickly hangs up. I sigh in relief. That was so much better than I'd hoped it to be. Truth is, I hadn't slept in days. Whenever I closed my eyes I saw Madison with her hair in a messy bun, wearing my tshirt and dancing around while burning the pancakes.
Soon, Robert pulls up and I quickly hop in. "She committed suicide." I cry. Robert looks at me with sympathy before speeding up. "Let's get you to New York." He drove me to the airport where his private jet waited. I climbed in after him and soon we were on our way. In the middle, I got a call from Jazzy.
"She didn't make it." She says. "I'm riding in the ambulance with the paramedics and they didn't think she would. They're trying to get her heart to start but it's not working. I'll text you with any updates." She says. I feel my heart being ripped into two. Tears start to pour down my face. This can't be happening. It really can't.
